Well, you can put a sword in the shield spot, Defenders.

Defiantly could use a RAM upgrade. That would be the most probable reason for RS running slowly. That machine will be rather old too, so there isn't much you'll be able to do to boost performance beyond adding more RAM. thats the same RAM as mine, and i can run RS on high detail perfectly.

Get Firefox. :thumbsup: No really download firefox and use it, if you also download adblocker plus with it, you will never have to see any ads on tip.it or Runescape agian! Its also faster then IE7.
