  1. I make sure that I don't drink any caffeine at least two hours before trying to sleep. Then, I simply get into bed and watch TV with all the other lights out until I get tired. I used to have huge problems sleeping as well, until I got off the caffeine. :D
  2. Encountering a Redead for the first time in the Royal Family's Tomb in Ocarina of Time. :(
  3. I think you should make the chicken look more fluffy. ^_^ Give it a more rounded body.
  4. When I played baseball, someone threw the ball at me, and as I was trying to catch it, someone ran in front of me, diverting my attention. The ball hit me in the ribs and broke one of them. I've also had a line drive hit me in the shin. That was three or four years ago and it still looks as though there is a bruise there. :(

It really sounds to me like she didn't want to really tell you the reason why she didn't want to go. Just be patient with her. Sit her down, tell her that you would really like to talk to her, be open and reasonable with her, and tell her that you are confused about why she didn't want to go with you. It also sounds like you need to keep your friends and your girlfriend a bit separated. It's not good for her to be talking about you to your friends, and your friend's not wanting to tell you what she's saying makes me think even more that he may have a thing for her. Plus, she shouldn't be keeping secrets from you... Proves she doesn't really trust you. I hope things work out for the both of you. :D
  6. I like the first one and the second one. But, I think the font (although it is very nice) is just a tad hard to read. The rest of them all kind of look the same, and aren't very interesting. Find a nice style and stick to it. Use patterns and colors that will divert the viewer's eye to what you want them to see in the sig.
  7. What is it...?
  8. Nice way of explaining it, Necro. And I have to say that I agree with you 100%.

Wow... He was so young too... I feel for the kid. I know what it's like to feel as though you've been pushed that far.

Sprite or Ginger Ale usually works. I don't know what it is, but, it works miracles on stomachaches. :D

That actually amused my friends and I for a very long time last night. :D
  12. :D Very nice effect! I like it alot!
  13. I knew what was going to happen.... But, the kid's reaction was great! Even though it's kind of mean, I wish to do something like that to one of my children someday.... You know... Just to show them, that I'm still the greatest!
  14. Agreed, my friend.
  15. Wow... That's sad, and just plain scary. Keep the site up. I highly doubt it's anything to worry about, but if possible, your friend should take legal action.
  16. It looks good. It's great for your first sig, but, I think that you could use a closeup of the character to show more detail. The grass is nice and the hills make me feel warm. But, the scenery also makes me feel lonely as the picture itself is kinda empty.
  17. 2 for me. It just looks... Better.
  18. Looks very very very nice. :D I like your shading jobs... Can't help but analyze them for a long time.
  19. LOL INTERNET WAR!! Yeah. He's made ALOT of people mad recently... Although, I don't know if the whole internet war thing slowed down the traffic to his site, or just increased it... :?
  20. I am your pet peeve! /me tosses a piece of well done steak at Insane. Nothing wrong with a good slab of medium-rare steak... as long as the juices are still nice and warm :P Rare steak ftw! I like my steak still mooing. :D
  21. My brother has had pretty bad acne for awhile. He started using ProActive and it cleared it up pretty fast.
  22. Wow... I mean... I can see the importance of the "no real life pics" rule, but I think this is quite rediculous. It's good to see quite a few staff members agreeing with my point of view as well. (I have read the entire six pages of arguments) I made sure that I took pictures that didn't have any sort of personal information leads in them before I uploaded them and posted them here. I thought, "Wow. Can't believe they're letting us do this kinda stuff. Maybe tip.it's lightening up on the rules a little." Guess I was wrong. I can understand your wanting to protect the community to some extent... But this is going much too far. With all the media focused on educating the public of internet safety, I'm sure that anyone who has the internet is very very aware of the risks involved in giving out personal information, showing real life pictures of yourself, etc. When someone is about to post a picture of their room on a public board, do you think they are completely oblivious to the risks? Of course not. Do you think if a parent saw their child, prancing around the house, taking pictures of everything, they wouldn't ask what they were doing? At that point, it's up the judgment of the parent to decide whether or not they're going to let their child post a picture of their room on a message board. Assuming that the child's parents didn't even see them taking pictures of their room, how many children would know how to post pictures on this site anyway? If the child is smart enough to research that topic, to find out how to post a picture on the site, then I'm sure that they're fully aware of the security risks that are possibly involved in posting the picture. As far as children are concerned, you can only go so far to protect them, and you cannot take over the role of the parents. If the parents want their child protected, and secure on the internet, then they'd care enough to monitor the child's activity. I understand that some parents are computer illiterate, but , if it came to MY child's safety, I'd learn just about anything there was to learn to keep them safe. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children, and if one is at an adult age, then they are responsible for their own safety. Not the staff of a forum.
  23. Well, I hope that you don't teach English.
  24. Thank you. The fall ones are my favorite as well. :D I might go out later on and try to get some better pictures... When the wind stops blowing. :x
  25. I like it alot! :D It looks very very nice. I'd use it as an avatar.
