The pros/cons/dislikes/likes of where you live.
Northeast Arkansas. Pros: My neighborhood is peaceful for the most part. You can see the stars clearly at night. It's not extremely crowded. The cotton is very very pretty during harvesting season. The cons are so bad, they've inspired me to get as far away from this town as possible when I go to college. Cons: Rednecks. Wiggers. My school has a rather high dropout rate. My school also has a drug problem. Closed-minded Christians, and too many churches. No opportunity. Limited job selection. Crappy hospital. Really. One time, we took my grandfather to the hospital. As we were sitting in the waiting room, this guy walked out, and said to a nurse, "I'm going to go have a smoke." She nodded. I went outside for some fresh air and started talking to the guy. Turns out he had just had a heart attack. And the nurse let him outside to smoke... :? The landscape is depressingly flat. There are very few trees in my neighborhood.

Annoying Habits
My god. O.O You're crazy! The only other time I've ever heard of someone doing something even remotely close to that was when this guy at my school told me that he would subconsciously count the time between someone's steps when they walked, and he could recognize people through their step-timing. He said this to me because he said mine was always irregular, therefore, he had a very hard time recognizing me, but he proved to me that he could recognize just about anyone who would walk up behind him.
- How old are you?

Annoying Habits
I grind my fingernails together... kinda hard to explain... but, it makes them all jagged after awhile. It's more of a nervous habit. I'm super OCD about dialog boxes and windows on my computer. They have to be a certain size or I freak out. Like, if someone gets on my computer and moves my MSN box to the center of the screen, I will get angry. I like it on the far left side of my screen, always. I also always maximize my browser window, otherwise it gets on my nerves and distracts me. :?

A musing on how people feel about being themselves in school
Woo, you're using the sig I gave you. On topic: Sometimes its alright. . . but most of the time no. I gave up on popular trends 2 years ago. It doesnt matter anyways, highschool is only for 4 years then you go to college and actually make decent friends. Not the friends you will never see again after you get out of highschool. I can't wait to graduate :). Sidenote: I do have friends now. Im not waiting till college  It's a great sig. ^_^ I like it very very much! I can't wait to graduate myself. I only have maybe 2 or 3 friends that I would like to stay in touch with after highschool. Alot of my friends have really proven themselves to be the kind of people I don't want to be around.

k. She isn't being hypocritical. She doesn't listen to the people who make fun of her, but she doesn't say anything to those that she finds distasteful. shes saying that people who have their [wagon] hanging out look stupid, but then she goes on to say that she can do what she wants because its her body. Its hypocritical. if people want to have their [wagon] hanging out, let them, it's their body Hey, if they want to let their [wagon] hang out, they can. They have the right to, just like I do if I wanted to. I'm simply trying to say that I don't understand why they would want to. In my entire post, where did I say it looks stupid?

How To Get Rid Of Hiccups.
Hiccups are caused by the spasming of your Thoracic Diaphragm. Basically, a muscle spasm. It's best just to breathe deeply for a few seconds, or even hold your breath. My dad always tries to scare me when I have them. And it usually works to get rid of them. :P But, sometimes it doesn't.

A musing on how people feel about being themselves in school
Well said. I can proudly say that I dress however I want. I'm made fun of alot for being the only girl in school who wears T-shirts and jeans. People often tell me that I dress like a guy, but I don't care. I wear what I want. At least my [wagon] isn't hanging out of my clothing. I swear to god, I see 6 to 7 butt cracks a day (belonging to both male and females), and it's all because they want to wear trendy clothing. People often ask me, even tease me about my hair being so long. They say it's burden and it gets in my way and it makes me look weird. But, I like it, and so do the people whose opinion really matters to me. Even if they didn't, it's my body and I can express myself however I want. I find it strange that people are so willing to stereotype themselves. But, whatever. Live and let live. Your words were very insightful. ^_^ It was an interesting read.

Pool Table or Ping Pong Table?
Awesome! =D> Either way you go, you're still going to get a load of fun. :D But, I like pool a bit more than table tennis. So, I vote for a pool table. Just make sure you keep up with all the balls and the cue sticks. :x

What country do you live in?
I live in the more... industrial area of Arkansas, no more than ten miles from steel mills. It's depressing. The landscape is totally flat, and I don't much like the weather. I'd like to move to a cooler place. Western Arkansas is very very pretty though... Mountains, no mosquitoes, fresh air. ^_^ So you live in one of those areas where lots of kids drop out of school to work at factories? Yep. Or they got to school, have a lot of potential, and just settle on a factory job.

The game that defines gaming for you
I use to like you till you said majora's mask was a defining point of gaming for you. Thats ba-donk. Majora's mask is by for the worst zelda/game ever designed that I have played and I've played my share of [cabbage] games. Other then that you are a very well defined gamer. I know you hate Majora's Mask, but I still wub joo. :D

The game that defines gaming for you
The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and Majora's Mask, Final Fantasy VII, The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, Banjo Kazooie, Resident Evil, and Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem, Diddy Kong Racing, Splinter Cell, and Silent Hill. Can't forget Halo's awesome multiplayer. :D EDIT: Harvest Moon 64!

No one is Promised Tommorow
I see that our definitions of regret differ. I am reasonably satisfied. Sure there are things that I'd like to do in life, but if I were to die tomorrow, I can say that I've been content with my life and would die without regret. To me, regret doesn't always exist. My ideas, are not "foolhardy" just because you may not agree with them. So, don't disrespect me because I've done nothing to you. You can live and die the way you want. And I will do the same. Either way, I'm not up to arguing over such trivial matters.

No one is Promised Tommorow
well im fairly sure if your on the sun you cant die of drowning... or burn by fire when your underwater so your staement is false You can't "be on the sun". You would incinerate before you could even get close to it. And oil+water+flame still equals a crapload of fire. Edited for accuracy.

Maynard James Keenan
Love him. Love his voice and his lyrics. APC and Tool are 2 of my favorite bands of all time.
