  3. okay i wanna try something, lets see if we can get as many peeeps as poss onto that blue square thingy, to light it up
  4. lv 25 unicow, drops 2-4 unicorns chikenshark, drops feathers (waste of swordie/chicken)
  5. okay... i think theres some rumours goin round... just talkin to a mate at barrows and hes heard that some website, dunno who, has tried to get some kinda dupe theory goin round, to try crash prices... this may not be true itself, but i trust my freind... edit* and i think posts like this aint helpling i suggest KEEP YOURE RARES! this thing will probs blow over in a few days and peeps will be most upset
  6. i was curios bout this too. few weeks ago i traded my 2nd santa for a green and some cash, fair enough... but now i wanna sell greenie for guthans and 11m and it seems that rares have dropped considerably, so dang goes my barrows plan -.- also seems that normal items have gone up which is odd... guthans is going over 10m at times ppots are going at 7.5k min (used to be 6.5kmin) deaths are peaking 350ea, and other barrows supplies (that what i been mainly buyin) have gone up. whats going on!? ive seen greens go as low as 17m buyers and 18m sellers, santas about 19m sellers (w2)
  7. good guide, im gunna have a go when i have a million gp and a few hours spare... that cant be THAT common knowledge - most of the peolple replying to this guide never knew it, i certainly didn't another thing i never thought of doing, but i can see how it would help: have one at tinder at the top and one halfway down, saves movement of the hand whilst clicking on logs, or something like that...
  8. i got one too ^_^ - anyways, they will be ALOT rarer than d chains in my oppinion - you need to go through the whole wave each time for another plate - the queen kill goes each bought thing also, i like it, though it looks abit fat, it only costed 95k- much more reasonable than the 15m dchain or the, what was it now... 30m(?) 3rd age plate. for a plate better than rune, id vote for this anyday its a darn shame that its tradable - i wish it was like the fire cape as a sign that you can work as a team :(
  9. done it!!! killed the queen with an awsome team - here the granite plate: you need 2 healers, it seriously helps try this : http://i18.tinypic.com/47lpw95.png
  10. try wearing mage defence, such as dragonhide i believe that killawatts fite with mage based attacks, but you might want to check the bestiary to be certain
  11. both replys are true, but the veracs special effect also ignores prayer AND armour, in other words, even the verac in the barrows can hit rapid 15+ with your prayer on watch out
  12. depends on how you define powerful... you want gd pker, try high str, mage OR range, and low def if youre after powerful moneywise, try mining or fishing - woodcutting has been ttaken over from ess mining for macroers, so that aint useful...
  13. you know... i never thought about using prayer #-o thanks for the advice :
  14. if you are member, theres the coal trucks west of cammy - ive never used it myself, but there are plenty of coal there and it is supposed to be a good place if youre f2p, i think the next best place is the small mine south east of draynor (where my pure miner used to go...) throuble is its quite busy sometimes
  15. it was in a runescape news thingy not long after the second misscelania quest... (not quoting, from memory) iron sickles, used to weed the herb garden were unbuyable as they were replaced buy rakes... but then jagex remembered the half-wines (30m+) and disk of returning(12-15m+) and promptly made them available again, removing the potential for another extortionally priced discontinued item. so now, like tickets for the 'hotel' in shilo village, they are again buyable but complely, utterly, useless. if ya want one, go to the herb gardener on misscelania
  16. right, i'm planning to complete mournings end 2 WITHOUT a tip guide, so its going to take a while... anyway, what my problm is, as i will be in the maze area for a while, with those aggressive shadow thingys everywhere, has anyone got and tips on what inv i should take to last the longest there? im probly not the only one who has found 16odd shark run out a little too fast against those things bear in mind the limited inventory - around 22 spaces for armour AND supplies (wearing mourner robes at first and space for mirrors etc) any advice appeciated, thx jonno (3 more quests \ ) *edit* even if you havent done mournings end you could still help... im facing constant attack from lv 70 monsters that often hit 10+ i have the skills to weild all armour (guthan is no help as they have like 10hp... what the best combo of armour/supplies? *edit*
  17. i guess it depends on the player on how much of an acheivement full quests is  for example, im getting my farming up ALL the way to level 40 to finish my quests -.- . then i have to get to 57 herblor, AND then 65 smithing... it will be an acheivement for me to do the quests as they prove how much work i have done to get there. on the other hand, some people find skilling easy and fast. its like someone having trouble affording their first rune plate compared to someone who buys and sells like 20 of them in a day. heres me at the moment, only a few easy quests or high level required quests to go...
  18. im guessing that you should easily get to 75+ with pickup, and if its 15k iron AND 15k bronze, you could go past 70 if you dont pik up aswell my oppinion, cant be certain...
  19. to be honest, i think he just called you a noob because you didnt buy his runes. noob seems to be used more and more as a way of telling someone they didnt do what the first guy wanted
  20. erm, i think the best place for d scimmys is edgvile bank. and the best place for pages is a little north east of the bank, north of where peeps sell potions
  21. firstly, as said, the skill is a few days old, its gonna cost a bomb to get from 1 to 85+ in any skill in 4 days, try doing that in herblore ;) this is true, there is no inflation. rares go up as they get rarer (whoever thought of the name "rares" surely knew that he was talking about  ). on the other hand, non rares go down, as they become even "non-rarer" (i think i just made that word up, oh well). overall, prices are kind of steady, on average :? as with all things, wait a few more days - a month tops, and normal logs will be only a few gp again, oak will be a little more. nails will plummet horribly as peeps either dont need em or can make then theirselves. i think this at the moment is an awsome thing for runescape to have done - the gap between phat billionaires and anyone else has considerably decreased, meaning if you are quick, you can get your hands on rares for a fracton of the price that they should be if there was no udate (the fraction being like 90%, but its still a fraction)
  22. no shops sell em im afraid, you can either buy from players at way over what theyre worth, or make em yoursself
  23. you have to be a member to USE nat tally  its a member item, as runecrafting natures is members only
