@Penguin, I don't think India is officially Rocco's yet. Adrenal wasn't happy with it..

Grim, try reading the last few pages.. we're testing out a war mechanic.. @Dusty - /me smirks Being serious about this war though; going to land 300,000 troops at Kirkenes just outside Finland, preying Russia is cool with me sprinting through their territory to jab at Findenland. We're going to march straight for Ivalo, using our exosuit squadrons to patrol around our main army.

Yes/no? I have some fun plans for India... I already said no, but the end decision is Adrenal's. And I'm in for a weird war, as long as it has no effect on the actual game. But you said that the reason you didn't want let me have it was because you were concerned that I'd declare war on you again. I don't plan to do that. So where's the harm? :( I think we should do a free for all so we don't cause any more bad feeling tbh

Yes, sure. Also, considering India is Adrenal's country, shouldn't it be his decision who the country goes to?..

It's not a win button. It's a deterrant button. It would [bleep] everyone up, including the person who used it. i.e. it doesn't matter if I'm screwed as long as everyone else is because I'm that sort of person! >:D That's actually exactly what happened. I object, because I think it was me who said drones were attacking, up until then I had no idea what was going on in Africa. -- Yes [Dusty, I have nothing against you, it's just better to argue and engage my brain than sit here passively and allow inaccuracies - on both sides - to go unnoticed]

Not to mention that if either of us somehow ended up getting the upper-hand, the other person would just start crashing spaceships into Earth. "Hi, I've got a winbutton so you can NEVER HAVE FUN IN A WAR WITH ME AHAHHAHAHAHAHAAHA" I never intended to. I just wanted some fun. I don't really think that's how it happened. (Though I agree most of it was a mess)

The thing is, we wanted to attack you and everyone told us we were getting nowhere and so we were forced to stop. It wasn't even discussed, people just ignored Ross' suggestion of how to play a war Game is pretty bland when the most heated it gets is debating who gets India, eh.

NAP = Non aggression pact, or a variant on that. While you may not have "signed one" you've stated that Brazil won't attack you and that's pretty much the equivalent.
-
Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
A NAP is close enough for it to be considered part of an SMA, imo

The way I see it, everyone agreed war was stupid and not allowed. These are still tiny islands for their population. Super Mega Alliances @ best way to play the game, amirite? I would have thought that my attitude towards our "war" in Africa would show you that I'm mature enough not to do something like that.

I would mind, yes. I abdicate India to the control of Doom and the Brazilian Empire. Please give a reason :( We need to be able to keep up with you 3.

<3 India's a pretty cool place, I'm hoping I get the chance to play with it.

As shown by this article I believe it is I who should take up the mantle of India. I vow to uphold the nations culture and natural flow of things. I would like to take this a step further and join our two countries in glorious empireship to improve life for all citizens of all countries in the Japanese empire. The literacy rate in India is terribly low, and were India to become part of Japan's Empire (Note: They would still retain their name!) then it would be our quest to improve the literacy rate by at least 15% in the next 8 years. In an attempt to get closer to the people we would hold nationwide polls - referendums? - on certain issues; such as making cricket the official national sport.

Adrenal posts once every 3 days or he's out. Seriously. Stop being butthurt because we're trying to even up the land and remove players who have stated they can't be bothered to be active. /sigh

[hide=Updated map][/hide] Fixed Papua New Guinea's borders Completed negotiations with the Solomon Islands to join with Japan EDIT: Hmm. That list seems to imply that Japan's population is going to drop by 20 million by 2050... Henceforth, propaganda to increase reproduction rates is to be distributed throughout Japan to make up for this loss.

Link to this list, Doom? Also, so you use the 2009 GDP? Furthermore, the official anthem of Japan's navy is this; [yt]ta-Z_psXODw[/yt]

But hasn't Doom changed it so it's for 2047 and not 2009?

Hmm, on the latest map it showed Taiwan as white, but I'm not sure if someone was going for it... If none of my allies are, Japan will move in a force of 50,000 troops. Should have control by the end of the year. We're also going to start diplomatic proceedings with the Solomon Islands. Again, they should join our empire by the end of the year. I think there's also a little island that's part of Papua New Guinea that isn't coloured in on the map - this image shows it. If someone would colour that in for me I'd be grateful. Oh, and, we're going to be watching the Russian "repairmen" very closely, so no nasty hidden gadgets can be installed. I don't think any will be, but just in case. Japan is very defense conscious in real life, so..
