NAP = Non aggression pact, or a variant on that. While you may not have "signed one" you've stated that Brazil won't attack you and that's pretty much the equivalent.

A NAP is close enough for it to be considered part of an SMA, imo

As shown by this article I believe it is I who should take up the mantle of India. I vow to uphold the nations culture and natural flow of things. I would like to take this a step further and join our two countries in glorious empireship to improve life for all citizens of all countries in the Japanese empire.
