  1. Hmm, on the latest map it showed Taiwan as white, but I'm not sure if someone was going for it... If none of my allies are, Japan will move in a force of 50,000 troops. Should have control by the end of the year. We're also going to start diplomatic proceedings with the Solomon Islands. Again, they should join our empire by the end of the year. I think there's also a little island that's part of Papua New Guinea that isn't coloured in on the map - this image shows it. If someone would colour that in for me I'd be grateful. Oh, and, we're going to be watching the Russian "repairmen" very closely, so no nasty hidden gadgets can be installed. I don't think any will be, but just in case. Japan is very defense conscious in real life, so..

    Internet Memes

I love memes. Without memes, the internet would be generic and boring. Memes contribute to trolling, trolling is the essence of hilarity on the internet. Why don't you people appreciate memes? Here's one for the TF2ers,
  3. Why bother buying weapons from Brazil? I thought everyone agreed that war was stupid! /sigh All of you are cowards
  4. How would it work exactly? Give each unit a value, or something? Because if Dusty counter-attacked with 600,000 troops to my 200,000, and RNG said I won without a scratch, that'd be [bleep]ed up. Hell, even if I won with 100,000 loses it would be a bit iffy.
  5. Amusing how I stated back on page 50~ that we needed a proper game mechanic for war. But I don't know; I think Dusty, Latino and I are doing it pretty well in Africa at the moment. Russia just completely overreacted with his win button & war crimes. [Go on, someone put him on trial for murder of innocents! lols]
  6. Burma's GDP in 2009 was 68 billion, with 50 million inhabitants. Just by doubling the population I'd expect perhaps only an increase in GDP of around 10 billion, if that, unless you want to tax them so much that they starve and revolt against you. Even with an increase in industry and stuff, your GDP wouldn't be much higher than 200 billion, and that spaceship cost you a lot.
  7. I respect you for that Dusty. Japanese troops now go into battle with this song blasting out [yt]CUuvIi3UFK4[/yt]
  8. I guess you're right; that's why I'm only doing it a little bit at a time. Need to establish total control on the surrounding area. I don't plan to wipe you off the map, but it'd be nice if I could carve a little bit of Africa out ;)
  9. There's actually quite a viable land based route through my allies territory which I'm sure they would let me use, but I agree that it's going to be expensive to keep that many troops there. I can use the drones to move fairly large quantities of supplies fairly cheaply though, I think. We're going to start training a dedicated medical core of 20,000 medics for the first year and see how it goes. Ah-ha.
  10. That's true, I hadn't really thought about that. I don't know exactly how many drones he has, but I'll PM to see if I can refund him somehow, or start to produce them myself. [There's a god damn awful lot of people in the Philippines] Aye - a lot of land to cover; so a lot of fun, eh? :D
  11. Dusty, I trust that we can at least have a civilized land war in Africa, no? We're going to direct 350,000 drones to your coastal bases in Sudan and Eritrea to allow some of my troops to deport. We're expecting heavy drone losses, something like 250k, but it's likely we'll be able to establish a foothold. We're going to use another 300,000 drones to cause breakthroughs on Eygpt's borders with Sudan and Libya for the troops of Jerusalem to fortify. K? --- I think we can make this work as long as we're not [bleep]s about it. I don't mind losing a battle here or there, and I'm sure you don't mind too much either Dusty.
  12. No, I'm not saying that. I'm saying that they'll take heavy losses going against my air defense system, but Latino seems to think that because they're the best fighters now (2009 irl), that they're unstopable in the game world. Okay, props to you. I concede, I've probably been a little biased and raging a bit. I'm glad to see you're being realistic about this, and have been. Scorched earth. Good idea. Will think about that one.
  13. Penguin, I'm happy to accept your offer. We'll work something out in PM's in a bit, k?
  14. Wait, we're in 2060? I thought we were only in 2046.
  15. [bleep]ing man up people. 1) Findenland/Hedgehog, sorry mate, but I have to agree - "smuggling" 300k soldiers into Berlin is [bleep]ing ludicrous. 2) I'm tired of people saying "NO YOUR PLANE IS UTTERLY WORTHLESS AGAINST ALL MY TECHNOLOGY LOL!" - Yes, history shows us that the most advanced civilization will prevail but seriously; it's utterly unrealistic to say that F-22's are ineffective. Do you want to play fairly and let everyone have fun, or do you want to play God and just laugh at us? Japan's gonna tech some new guns for itself. Something in the assault rifle range. I figure we'll have the tech finished in maybe 3 years, be ready to mass produce a year later. Sound fair?
  16. NO THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE I'm fine with it EDIT: When did we go over 10k mph? I thought the record was around 8000
  17. After a bit of research, I think that the range on my aircraft would be around 8,000 miles. The USA's current B2's are just under 7000, so I don't think it's unrealistic that we've managed to increase the range by 1000. I've also discovered that they can refuel in the air, but I'm concerned of how vulnerable refueling stations would be. This does, sadly mean, that Moscow is just out of range - at least, if I launch from Japan and I want my planes to be able to make it back. [see, no win button]
  18. wat? On the wings, he said. It carries it all internally which greatly lowers how much it can hold. Oh right, okay.
