i wish, but u know how many people complain everytime they do roll backs? pft i could understand a roll back if they gave a reasonable thing about it. im sure if jagex announced they would be doing a rollback of a whole single day some people wouldnt care much, i mean its a get out of jail free card to goto the wildy with party hats... but then, what if they didnt do the sceduled roll back.......oo scarey

how? i dont see how you people think any cape would ruin a fire cape. def stats would be lower, prayer would remain how it is trimmed(+4) or not and if you 99 in a combat skill it gives you that lvl 100 permantly, but hp would be like, until u get hit a 1 or prayer like until u pray slightly. im not sure if you guys have used the 99 hp cape lately, but it blows, if your in combat and eat food to get you to exactly 99 hp, u cant use the cape instantly to get to 100 hp. all im saying is, so i have the exp for lvl 100, and i have a cape that proves im 99 in this skill. then why cant rite to the level? temporary? i dont think any lvls in this are temporary? rite? i mean you not 75 crafting, and magic degrade to 74...

yea i did recipe the day it cape out, i think i had done 2 of the mini-quests by the time pirkka was done. quest guides arent really needed... honestly, mourinings end 2 the light stuff was 1 of the only peices i needed a quest guide for. and even then i dont think i needed it but im not going to take 10 hours to figure that stuff out... but yea, quest and cooking and fletching arent really impressive honestly. i use my quest cape to get attention when i have house parties

PLAYERS. its all the players without 99 stats saying its for show. now i love them but really, temporary? wow lame. and i asked rahk about this, he said how is it for show? no1 can see your lvl 100 stat just the cape. its true... theirs no physical show of vll 100 but to the owner of it. if the cape +lvl 100 exp = perm lvl 100 then itd be more realistic for some things. i agree, and i really think MAYBE they should add lvl 100 items to smithing and construction. i mean it is the only 2 reasonable skills it seems.

i was thinking, 99 str should get a nice little str bonus... like the firecape has. i get it, wow u super pot over it and goto the same lvl. so no new max hit with this. and i was thinking, why not make the capes always keep you at lvl 100? why temporary? or infact, why not just goto 100/100. i mean whats the point of having 100 ranged if u have to renew it every 2minutes? thats lame... if your ranging your thinking of where the monster will spawn if its a crowded area. not, omg ill charge the cape and THEN start ranging.

ive considered selling my santa for 99 prayer(dont even think it would buy it...) because of that cape.

my 99 hp cape has a glitch... in the 99 hp cape, the last peice u turn into a skeleton... well i go invisible wearing this: berserker helm fury whip rune defender 99 hp cape dragon chain + legs rune boots (barrows)gloves and berserker ring.

it is excitied to see the countdown clock... annoying every second before that.

Correct, but some events appear far more often than others. Like the Frog Prince\Princess event happens far more often than the Quiz Master for example. The Mime event though is one of the more rare ones (it's not the rarest but it's close), and since breadmaker40 got 2 since the October Updates list, he thinks they've been made more common. More common, but still random. In my opinion though breadmaker40, you just got lucky, or were doing more things which can trigger those random events (or stopped standing around in banks as much :P). i have also had 2 mimes in the last month.

can i get it back? and from who i dropped it a long time ago and was curious if i can get it back.

They release the halloween update 1-2 weeks ahead of time so everyone has a chance to do it... they dont have to, here ill bold something i copied from last years update, because i was online when they added that update... it just runs a week into the next month is all.

heart returns thru IRC channels is the best. ive had to rely on affliction worlds recently to get the void knight top and bottum, dont get me wrong, they are pretty good, but heart returns is alot better. affliction is definately a starter group. when you get hardcore serious, heart returns. i USED to do like 300+ points a day... once i think i got 500+ points in a day from heart returns, now i do like 100-200 points with affliction a day, and thats actually when it goes pretty good.

i thought that to, a combination of all those would be a little much, then i was like dude ive spent alot of time and $ on my house... serious, ores i could see happening, especially if you can put rune ore in your house for like, i dunno, 1mil... easily make your $ back and world hopping wouldnt matter and then its still a good drain and a good supply to the economy. after i think about it, furnance and anvil are dumb if you do the same thing for free @ varrock and port, whatever..ghost city.

hes rite, i am so easily bored... im reading forums constantly and playing runescape while on messenger systems listening to music and watching tv @ the same time turn sound effects to off, and sounds to 1. turn ur tv down to like 1/4th the volume or whatever and play music thru microsoft media player. i read alot to, i read alot of articles on halo and halo2, and the book series while i play scape, but usually if the reading gets intense i let scape slide.

wow i like that idea. anvil and furnace. possibly ores in your dungeon, cmon its under ground... when I first build my clothes wardrobe thing, I honestly thought 'finally, bank space'. guess I was wrong. yea i like that they are doing that now, i have a set of mime i dont want to drop because i need 1 more emote(just got 2 mimes in the last week) and i used to have zombie clothes but after i got the emoted i dropped them, and i might actually get those back now. and maybe the frog token stuff even tho its dumb. omg or an armor stand in your house that actually lets you put up a set of armor and a weapon... all the stuff can be dismounted to be worn emediately. hm, maybe their could be a benefit to mouting it in your house for a while...slight reduction of cost to repair barrows armor, the combined with the repair armor stand.

woodcut and farm in your own garden, get some exp in your dungeon. a closet to store random event clothing, and something to store quest items. something that will give us bank space.

it would be funny if it was only combat based skills got 99 capes, id laugh in peoples faces then. sadly, i doubt they will be only combat 99's
