Beauty of this quest is that different sub quests have different levels of difficulty. so you can do bits of it and come back and do others when you feel you are able to. You should have no difficulty starting the quest and for the Pirate Pete sub quest you need 31 cooking and 41 crafting. The giant crabs are lvl 21 and 23 and the mudskippers 30 and 31 - so short answer is you should have no problems

It is worth whatever price the seller is willing to part with it for and the buyer is willing to pay... However, the guide price for this is 120k to 140k

You need to have started the Recipie For Disaster quest and the Pirate Pete subquest in order to be able to get the diving equipment.

For trees, I find the best way is to plant them as you are about to log out for the night and pay the farmer. They are always ready for me to check the health on and gain the exp when I log in the next day. Shame this is not possible for the special trees - Calquat and Spirit. For these you just need to keep everything crossed and hope! Cant see me hanging around for 20 hours waiting for my Calquat tree to grow. :roll:

Another post made me think about this... I have been told it is possible to swap the reward you selected for the other. Even that it is possible to get both. Was this a glitch when the quest was first released that has been fixed or is there a way?

There is the diving equipment that Murphy in Port Khazard gives you. Suppose that looks like a backpack too - but not sure if a lot of people would wear it around as it has no effect on your bonuses

They are, but most people ignore them as they can be a bit of a pain. you have to go to one location to catch the bait and then another to catch the karambwan. Neither location has a bank close by.

Do you mean the bone sack? Looks like a sack on the back with a set of bunny ears poking out. If so, it is one of the 2 rewards you can claim once you do the additional part of the Rag and bone man quest. It adds +4 to all your defence stats

Chavster one of the main reasons for braving the abyss is to get the pouches. At your level you should have 3. So in the 3 spaces these pouches use you can carry 15 ess. The bank in the duel arean is slightly closer than the bank in Al Karhid. The shop is closer to run to than the bank, but for that slight distance you are paying to get your noted ess unnoted - is it worth it? I presume you are using boots of lightness. You could also try wearing prayer robes and carrying a mace in order to boost your prayer and use the recovery prayer to increase the speed you regain your run stamina. You can recharge your prayer in the duel arena

Bit of info on the Calquat kegs. You can use the kegs to pour beer into glasses if you just want to carry a single dose. However, you cannot pour the beer or cider back from the beer glasses into the kegs.

Probably best to stick to Iron and invest in some rings of forging. Then make iron throwing knives (5 per bar). You can get sround 35 to 40 gold for each knife if you are selling them on the forums in quantity. Iron respawns quicker and you only need the one typr of ore to make bars

I tend to avoid Ranarr seeds, unless I get them as a drop, as they are way too expensive. Higher level herb seeds like Toadflax, Irit and Avantoe - well you can usually get around 10 for the price you will pay for one Ranarr.
