Is pyramid plunder efficient? Although I have heard it is decent training. Let me know how it works out for you. I always ended up getting annoyed with the person I was pickpocketing, especially when they attack you, the warrior in me just makes me respond in kind, *WACK* uhoh....there goes that concept :uhh: hehe

Yeah I might have to check that pyramid thing out if and when I ever fall on my head and decide to train thieving :XD: , no seriously. I am all about training the most effcient way. dont know anything about hunting, worry about that later too. yeah there is a major lack of rocks, i wouldn't mind non combats as much if they would create more spawns since there are more players per server. yeah yeah i know, then the rich merchants might lose a mil or two, and delay their next phat purchase hehe...couldnt have that now could we :wall: :ohnoes: :XD:

yes, very true. I have walked up and given something away, unasked, and had them be less then grateful, to put it mildly. I have reached out and been nice, and had them beg for more. I have added someone who seemed nice while training, only to have them pm me for freebies, "oh lord i was hacked, please help"...iggie list is full. But my take on it is if we just assume they are all immature punks, and never bother to show them the right way to act, how to look out for one another when in need, lead by example, and teach them that how you act is more important then your combat level...then maybe RS as a community will get just a smidgen better. Think of it this way, it's a numbers game, if your nice to 10, and 2 are truly appreciative, and they are nice to 10, of which 2 are appreciative...you see how that spreads? just a thought :-k

That's all you do in rs though. Same thing over and over. for example you have 99 flats and 85 slayer, attack monster, pick up loot, attack monster, heal with guthan, pick up loot, attack monster pick up loot.... i dont really like hunter, i'll get used to it though I see your point, dif for me is with combat, or slayer there is different monsters, great drops, money rains in hand over fist. With mining (which I actually like but didnt do after about 6 months of playn, to hard to fight over rocks) or thieving or other non combats, it is click, roll eyes, click, roll eyes, click, look at TV, click..drool, click, head bobs, click.....etc altho the same could be said about any stat, so like I said, I see your point. Just comes down to which boring click you prefer I guess :XD:

Never hunted yet, that came out after I deployed, I'll check it out when I return. hm stackable, sounds interesting. herby....ick, ya I guess. Iwill prob train that later, only because i hate buying pots. See you point on farming, I like time managment, and multi tasking is always a good way to do exp. Prayer I hated every single bone...but I was chasing combats, and it was a neccessary evil. I buried until 68, ectoed to 85, PC'ed to 90 :oops: Fletching was a neccessary evil for me, wanted magic levs, and wanted cash, kinda works, although I absolutely abhor stringing. Construciton I did for first 3 days when it came out....meh, what a waste of money that was.

hehe ya, you can definately tell what I like to train and what I don't :uhh: combat was easy, and I was trying to hit 20 million on strength exp before I deployed to Iraq, but fell short a few hundred thousand exp *sniffle*, now all I can do is watch my strength rank drop like a prom dress on prom night. was 299, now its.....eeeeeeeeek :-X :-X well, when I get back home I will work on it again hehe. When I first started, I was mining coal/iron and a level 99 (who at the time was like God to me) walked up and mined beside me, we chit chatted a bit, then as he left he said add me, if you need money, I am always in need of coal and I will always pay you the top going price. sweet, I became a coal miner for a short time. Later on I was training happily with my new rune set I earned one pick at a time. He would say hello when he saw me on, and I tried not to pester him to much. Well I was killing trolls, caught a lag and died...at the time, I was devastated, broke and unarmed. He just happened to pm me, "hows it going?" oh wonderful I responded, just died from a lag at trolls, and im flat broke...need any coal? Guess its time to go blow the dust off my pick I said. He said what bank you at? I told him Fally. He appeared, walked up and gave me 100 shark, 1k lobs, 300k gp and said that should get you going again, pay me back whenever.....wow...I was floored. Being a combat jockey I flew up the levs, and passed him within a short time. When I was 123 he was just hitting 104, but his non combats are sick. I repaid him back and then some. Since then I like to do random acts of kindness. If someone begs for freebies, onto the ignore list you go, but if I see a low level working hard, not complaining, I do a daily act of kindness. Offloading junk really, but it makes their day, and makes you feel good. Any Addy crap I get from slayer, I walk up and give it to someone who doesnt have addy, or just alch it. When I was training fletching, and had 42k cut unstrung willow longbows, I walked up and gave them to a level 30 something who was fishing lobs for cash. Not worth me clicking 10 at a time to sell for 14gp or whatever it is. Anyone else? Ever had a random act of kindness from a stranger? ever given one? :thumbsup:

Like thieving......don't know why I can't get the hang of that. Annoying to me for some reason, just as annoying as agility. Round and round the werewolf course....fall, gobble some food, round and round...fall..gobble some food....meh, *runs off to kill something*. :ohnoes: Some of you master thieves I am jealous of, just can't find the desire to do it, and of course it is a game after all, and I want to enjoy what I am doing, so I go wack something....BAMM BAMM dead, kick through the pile...next...for some reason that is non stop fun for me...wacking trees? meh...I am warming up to it slowly...fletching? eeeeek hate the stringing...and dont even get me started on herby :-X Don't mind high alching, love the sound of money falling into my pockets. then there is the two popular skills that for the life of me, I can't fathom the fascination...cooking and fishing. I did those when I started because I was of course broke, and a meleer, so i had to have food. Now I just buy it, why bother spending hours to get a few hundred shark when I can just buy em and move on to what I enjoy...killing things :) I havent fished since the first ten months that i played, and dont have a big plan to restart. :XD: :uhh: :ohnoes: How about my fellow scapers? skills you love, skills you hate? ones you have absolutely no desire to ever build? I got one of those too, it's called farming :-X :shock: the only reason mine isn't level 1 is because of that mini quest with the snake (can't remember name rofl) where every week you tell it a story, gather some fluid in a bucket, and voila farming level. :thumbsup:

I usually go to the troll stronghold via the tele, on top of that mountain you appear on, solitude, sweet solitude. Easier to alch when you dont have to stop every 15 seconds and answer some nubs question. I guess like minds think alike, i've gone there a few times and seen 3 of the top 20 players in that spot, alching away. Now I know why :)

updates for F2P? NO, why? because it takes time, money and resources away from P2P. I got a solution...do away with F2P. Make it only P2P with a 30 day free trial....you wouldnt have all those nubs annoying you, and we would get more updates, and more servers....mmmmmmmmm more servers.

usually around 80 mins or less, ran a few times with the famous "Z" and other top 30 players, we were pooning in about 30 secs or so, was a pain to get 50 hp damage rofl.

high alching mage longs that I fletched. I make my own nats/fires, cut the mages, fletch and hi alch them.
