We are not trying to be nasty, but I have been playing RuneScape for 3 years on and off without ever receiving a black mark, my younger brother has been playing longer and he has, but only because he broke the rules. What we are saying is & it is very simple, if you don't want to loss your account don't break the rules.. FULL STOP if you had not of broken them you would not be here. So your asking if it is fair that when someone breaks the rules not once but a multitude of times that they should be banned I think you have found your answer, and you really should not have needed our help to work this out.

It would be cool, if RuneScape induced that! But as for those ones on the links you gave they are not accurate as the list is on people that has said they are from those places and hundreds and thousands of people are more then likely missing, the only effective way to do it would be for RuneScape to induce it, maybe just add flags next to our names.. It would be a clear win to the USA as the kids in the states have an almost 3 month summer break compared to the UK's six weeks.

Yes it fair. Break the rules you get a ban is it so hard to understand, you deserve to be banned maybe in a few years when you have grown up and can stop yourself using cuss words, maybe just maybe you should come back -.-

I got a mark for saying "I got vids on utube as well" on one of my account yesterday and the appeal was unsuccessful, I have been a member on runescape for 3 years and this is the first time I have said this but they are *** holes.

It's more then likely just going to be another in game chat where the hell are these ideas coming from?? You will have to be logged into RuneScape to use it duh! And you can turn it of much like private chat..

Tip.it wont run anything like that, as they always say live chat cannot be moderated. IRC is ok little boring and to many people using the "So &so slaps so & so around with a fish" hard to hold a good conversation on it. Shame really because I use TeamSpeak a lot.

I have seen J Mods many times almost twice a month sometimes more than P Mods. A lot of P Mods I see are idiots to be honest, report happy :anxious: I have known about 7 players that go looking for players to report just to become a P Mods its sad really and most of them are now P Mods.. P Mods are not well picked any more. Roswell's How to become a P Mod guide: Step 1 & Only: Log into world 1 or 2 and report all the macro noobs do this at least 4 times a day for 6 months. Congratulations you are now a P Mod.. They should do an IQ test and all players can do it then pick some P Mods from the results or even just ask questions about the players. I feel they should recruit about 5.000 more player mods. and that's just for P2P. And pick them from different time zones so that mods are always on.

I never really posted in General for that reason I always found the discussions better in P2P, helped a lot but the fact new content was a great new topic each week about he latest update, which is now swamped with questions from F2P players each week.

I don't think so either that's just my personal reason. Even before the General Discussion, General P2P was dead it was hard to find a half decent topic. I wonder if the way Jagex now release so much information with updates has a part to play in the decline.

To be really truthful yeah it is, I myself have stopped coming on but the main reason for that is I don't like the new General Discussion I miss my General P2P, just puts me off posting.. :cry:

Asked me to come to a German world, as he was going to give me 9mil worth of magic logs for my Dragon sq shield. Luckily I knew the scam, he put up a load of willows & told me it was 9mil of magic logs I cancelled and hit report, telling him I know the scam he then went onto telling me how he does it and how much he has made from it, all within 60 seconds of me hitting report so it will all be there for Jagex. (Funny part is he'll probably still get away with it)

A dragon Hesta could be a very good new addition to the game. It could be a very powerful weapon, being 1 handed.

Ahh you might me right there :-k On Topic: I think having addy or rune would be going to far personally :-s And with mithril being level 300 addy and rune would be higher then the KBD himself, making me feel safe that addy and rune will never be created. I think the dragonkin could be the next big dragon spin off.

Funny you should ask I was searching and found this the one in the middle is mithril I think, yellow is gold! & the green one must be rune. They are not my kind of graphics, but I guess this is the direction RuneScape is going these days, at least he kids will love it :-w
