If we killed the other 996 of those turtles, sure, then we should intervene. But if we had nothing (or little) to do with it, then why should we? Those turtles couldn't adept to the current way to live, so they either need to find a way to reproduce quick, or they are doomed. I think they are doomed.

I prefer to keep my stats balanced, so I only do combat through slayer. This makes it so that I don't collect stuff through combat, but I use my "skills" (not always skills, for example: Snape grass collecting).

It's 8.22 gp/xp as of now. Super defences are 7.27 gp/xp and over twice as fast. It's actually 6.6 gp/xp: (13:53:52) -[HL]RuneScript- *** [ CALC ]: (314+4-82+97)/50 = 6.66 97 is a waterfilled vial, 82 is a normal vial. 314 gp is the price of clean tarromin, 4 gp is the price of ashes. Grimy tarromins are too expensive atm, which makes the gp/xp 7.56 using grimy tarromin.

Congratulations, herblore is a nice skill. Serum's have indeed become an option to train herblore with again, since it is only ~6 gp/xp. Thought it was around 10. Too slow for hardcore herblore training though ;)

Idiot. On topic: Combat is indeed the most important thing in the game now, and I, as a skiller, have only lost money on herblore, crafting and other skills that are extremely expensive now. I used to make money by making super sets, but that was killed with the removal of PVP. But even the saradomin brews and super restores (the most used pots in the GWD) are only to be made with huge losses. Only way herblore is cheap now is by farming herbs, and that is tedious and slow. (Not as slow as fighting for herbs though). Overall, a good read.

Wow, great joke. I fell out of my chair because of that :roll: I'd say cooking is the easiest, because it doesn't require a lot of money and it provides very fast xp. But with, for example, herblore, you need to get around 100m to get it to 99 compared to the ~5m for cooking. Sure, herblore may be faster xp an hour (around 250k I'd say against the 210k(?) of cooking), but getting the money takes a long time.

I cannot stand seaweed for some strange reason, strange fear I know. My biggest fear is probably dying by not being able to breath. I've had it three times that I couldn't breath, and it felt horrible.

I went for crafting because I got it to 90, and I enjoyed it. After that I was like, I enjoy this skill, I'll train it to 99 : For herblore, my second 99, I also trained it to 90 because I enjoyed it, and after that, I worked hard for some money (I went to Armadyl godwars alot), got a hilt drop and finished the skill I like the most. :thumbsup:
