:? I can understand the rhythm test being easy and many people should get that. But if this many people are getting high on the tone test, I very much suggest TIF start some sort of musical band or something. Or choir.

About 1. I dont get ringing, I get the same electronic sound you hear when a tv turns on. I can pretty much some times hear electronics turning on or off.

21/30 24/30 I've never been that good at hear difference in tone, but the rhythm one is a lot easier for me. Playing trumpet doesn't require as much ability to tell difference in pitch so much as rhythm

How so? Both Microsoft and Sony do not cater to casual gamers. the 360 costs approx. $399, the ps3 is approx. $399 (Might as well go with the 40gb hd). The wii on the other hand is about $270 for a third Gen. console! Although I can agree that the games/graphics are better on the ps3/360, that is from a hardcore gamer's POV. If I'm not mistaken, Nintendo has ALWAYS catered the casual gamer (Always had low costing games/consoles). The wii does not have the huge games, the amazing graphics because it does cater to the casual gamer, unlike the 360/ps3 which cost more for better graphics and games, hence not for the casual gamer. It's fine if you like the 360 and ps3 more then the wii. It's fine if you say they have superior graphics to the wii and better games. But in no way do they cater to casual gamers.

[/hide] As far as I know, teachers can state their own opinion as long as they show thats its their own opinion. In high school I think it's good if a teacher tries to show that it is ok to have opinion, just as long as they know there is more then one side, and there is always facts to most things. It depends on the district. However, the norm in Texas is that we do not disclose our opinions or political views unless specifically asked by a student. Oh well in that case, yes you are right. If he student isn't asking, then ya, the teacher shouldn't really be saying anything. But to go so far as to say they should be fired over this is a little absurd right. OT, Didn't know you were a teacher :P

K so I went to the walmart near me with my mom, and I realized something... I dont have enough money for the 360 >.<. Like, I do for the pro system package itself, but then I can't get any games, I can't get any more controllers. So ya, I am not bothering with that. Anyone else for DS or Wii games? Also, I was looking into Hellgate london. I read Nadril's review, and played the demo, so I do like it.

Hmm ill put more of what I have. I really don't want anything for my pc though. I have a good mouse and keyboard already, a good speaker system with excellent base and a good headset. Hardware is not something I like to buy unless it is required (If anything i need a whole damn computer, but thats not in my budget :P) For DS I have Pokemon pearl, FF3, LOZ:PH, Mario 64 DS, Castlevania: POR. Wii I have wii play, mario party 8, game LOZ:TP. It's slightly possible to get the 360, but thats something I have to decide with my parents, and I have to figure out if they are getting it for Christmas too. As for computer, I have a 2.0 ghz processor, 1gb Ram, tons of HD space, and 8500Geforce card. Unless you can think of an amazing game that runs on that, i really dont think I'm gonna get anything for that.

Alright, so tomorrow is the day that my Dad (who works at walmart) can get 20% of any item in the store, and he said I could come along and get one. Now that being said, I know I am be-lining it for the electronic section, as no other section int he store interests me (I can get cloths cheaper then i would 20% off at another store). I am at a loss though as what to buy. I would say my limit is about 200$ CAD, but I might be willing to go higher depending on what my parents want to buy (I'm unsure if they want to buy a 360) I have a Nintendo Wii and DS right now. I would rather not get anything for my computer right now as I have plenty to work with (Orange box, bishock[if i ever get it working again], supream commander, and oblivion]. So I ask you TIF, what should I do?

Weight=force mass=the actual ammount there. When you step on a scale, it shows you your mass based on your weight (your mass affected by the gravity of earth). But people always say it's their "weight" when in reality it is their mass that they know. So when a persons say they weigh X kg/lbs, they are not wrong, its just they are using the wrong word, they should say their mass is. Doesn't really matter though, its one of those things that unless your talking about science, its really no use.

Exactly, no one knows why the two shots were fired. BTW, just got back from watching the news, 18 people in Canada have died now due to tasers...

I know here in Canada its all over the news. Before anyone says "We don't know the full story", we do. This foreign polish guy comes to Canada, and no one was able to help him as there was no one that spoke the language. When he was confronted by the police, they only spoke to him for a few seconds before they decided to tazer him, not one, but twice! Being Canadian, this is a little sickening. The fact that a taser was used wasn't a huge huge deal as it really isn't meant to kill. It's more the fact that these police chose this as an action to follow through with instead of being diplomatic about the situation. There ws no reason to act that way, there were 4 police at the scene (not to mention the security) and he even went through security check so obviously he had no weapons. Now as for the taser, perhaps we need re-evaluate the use for it and even redesign it if its possible to kill people with it. I myself have not heard anything about the man having any heart condition or any other medical problems so I am assuming the reason for death was the taser mixed with how agitated he was feeling. How does everyone else feel?

Hmm I passed the test for the min. requirements.... I'll still wait till after this year, I think after I graduate HS my rents will buy me a computer.

Did it, but I couldnt find very good eyes. Plus i think i fudged up the mustache... should of used a raised beard for it.
