There's a lot of controversy about the whole phone tapping incident and some people appear to be taking it a bit far, like Rizla said even if your phone is tapped what are the odds they'll even listen to your conversations about going to the pub of whatever. As long as you don't have anything to hide I don't see the problem. However, no matter what measures are introduced to prevent terrorism it will still exist because you can't change people's beliefs so there will always be fanatics out there doing what they believe is right. As for Jean Charles De Menezes I'm sure anybody in his position wold have run if men with automatic weapons are after you. In hindsight it would appear to be a crazy response but in the heat of the moment he can't be blamed for legging it. Finally a bit of sense coming out of this topic. As for hating an actor on the basis of one bad film that's ridiculous. There aren't many actors who haven't made a single bad film. So even if you don't like an actor in a single film don't brand them as rubbish unless you've seen all of the films they star in.

I didn't really care who won, I just like watching the sport. I missed Games 4 because I was over a mates house but I followed the early games. The problem is over here games don't start until about 2:00 in the morning so I haven't been getting any sleep recently, especially after Game 3. Congratulations to the White Sox on winning.

Thankfully I've never been in a serious crash. The one I was in happened when we were stopped at the traffic lights and a car skidded into the back of us, it was Winter so the roads were quite icy. Nobody was seriously hurt but there were cuts and bruises. Like Merc said just be glad neither of you was seriously hurt.

Watched Manhunter on the weekend and saw Crouching Tiger last night. Crouching Tiger is brilliant and Manhunter was quite good aswell.

The only real holiday out here is Christmas and that's a while away yet so I don't have any plans for it. But Bonfire Night is coming up (November 5th) and that's usually a good laugh, just chilling out, watching fireworks and enjoying the night.

I've always liked the studio version better than any live ones. The S&M version is much better IMO. After hearing both versions I can't listen to the studio version, it just doesn't sound right.

That's the annoying thing about that show, because it's filmed ages before it's shown if anyone does well then you hear about it in the newspapers or on TV.
