You're giving yourself negative publicity by repeatidly bumping your thread to describe edits (you usually do that in the first post) and replying to every poster (nothing wrong about it.. to an extent). I'm not trying to be rude but be fairplay :) Other guides deserve the frontpage, and It is a good thing that the most good and useful guides stay at the first page and poor quality guides or less useful guides (Yours is really good :) But not as useful as some others sadly) go down the pages. The readers choose what thread they want to see, not the thread maker.

Nice guide for begginers, I'm familiar with the process but do you think there would be any faster way to obtain butter and potato? even if it involves cash.. Also you really should crop the pictures properly edit : Cropped them for you :) [hide=Cropped pictures] [/hide] You should also put some organisation in the guide so it is easier to read, like bold titles and sections. There is a guide about that stickied at the top of this forum

Lol you actually made it look like it was a big deal. I dont know for the Rockshell plate but Dragon gloves and Neitiznot helm can be bought back from shop really cheap.. You can make twice the needed cash in an hour easilly

For the lag it could be a background update like Goobore said, or maybe your computer is infected with spywares. These are known to slow computers down alot. Run an anti-Spyware like Spybot and see if you find anything more than tracking cookies lol

I do agree that the cape shouldnt move that much when standing still, it should be only when moving and fighthing. And if you're afraid of more graphiccal updates you better find a box to hide in quick :o

Of course they will, to an extent. You have to admit the walking/running animation is way better now, and sidestepping also looks real, not like you're floating! At least that part is going to be updated for every object in the game! Then comes the different attack animations that in my opinion add alot of depth in combat, you can actually see what your opponent is using!

Yeah eveything looks great with a 2h sword now! And walking/running actually looks like you're pushing yourself forward with your feets, not just floating away! I really hope they update all weapons that way at some point :D And I also love how each different attack style has it's own animation! and the way animations arent broke by attacks that much anymore

Hows it over powered, if your lvl 80 and fighting some one with 95 str thats holding a godsword you DESERVE to be killed. Pwnt. lol In any case, yeah, I hear that with the amount of time it takes to get this thing, it should definitely stay this powerful. Absolutely incredible, to say the least. And so much for Dharoks...watch the price on that sink... Now...where're the mage updates Jagex? Melee can 1-hit KO anybody with 80 or less HP most likely, rangers with a dark bow can 45-45 and KO a 90 hp'er, yet mage can still only hit 30, maximum. A steam staff? Pff. Ice barrage pwns melee big time. As for the dark bow rangers are meant to own mage

They do give a str bonus.. its +4. Ive gotten 2 pairs Yeah if they ever get down to about 1-2 m or less I'm definitely buying a pair :)

Great guide! I shall use it all the time!! The only thing you're missing on in the suggested equipment is a Dramen/Lunar staff for access to the fairy rings If you havent been using it so far slap yourself right now! This wonderful piece of fairy technoligy can take you anywhere in the map as fast as you can Ectophial and hop in the ring network! Seriously I found it often is the fastest way to get to many areas that would require a looong walk to get there, for example the map clue in the mor'ton swamp near haunted mines (get it all the times for some reasons). Instead of walking all the way there just dial D L S, take the boat and a short walk and there you are! You really should experiment it, a good knowledge of the fairy ring locations is very useful too

Try bringing a goblin book in the Bandos area :o Crazy but it could just work!
