for the token cost, id say no. the xp from small and big bones isnt THAT much. your much better off saving up for a chaotic weapon.

SGS or AGS, you can use them for almost anything. if you were thinking cheaper, BGS, but not ZGS, its only usefull for sara gwd.

ive heard estimates of around 1.2m total xp. also, the horn dosent break nearly as often as sc does. if you REALLY hate mining, use both for 4X xp.

they come mostly from minigames and boss drops. you'll quickly find that that shops in members are little used. sadly, best armor at lvl 60 is mostly still rune, as dragon and granite usually aren't worth it at their cost. if you want to buy temporary armor untill you get barrows, Use Granite plate, Dragon legs, and beserker's helm (need to do freminik trials first) with a rune defender for shield (from the warriors guild) however, these are somewhat expensive, and you should definitely get 70 attack and an abyssal whip first, then worry about good armor. the armor you will prob want at 70 def is full torag's, high def for low price.

Whether the reaction is rational or not, it is entirely predictable. People don't like feeling left out, and there are years of history to show how people respond to missing out on limited-time or "had to have been there" items. What is unbelievable to me is that Jagex would do something like this and not know the response it would elicit. But then, that does seem to be a pattern of late. It's also amazing that a company this large, with this much money, can turn an event like this into such a PR disaster. And in so many different ways! Truly a spectacle to behold. Cut them some slack, this is the first official rs event. There are bound to be some mistakes. Hey, I don't care, it's not *my* foot they keep shooting. I find it really bizarre, that's all. I can't think of another company that so badly misunderstands its own customers, yet steadfastly refuses to ever conduct market research before springing boneheaded plans on everyone. They do it month after month, and still the sheeple bleat, so I guess they figure it's easier than actually expending the energy to do things that make sense. At the rate they're going, this should be renamed ClusterFest 2010. Really. When they first announced it, i thought, "Is this another april fool's joke?"

2 quick awnsers, def go with sim for pking. the speed loss isnt worth it. if you go in with long, you will b at a disadvantage. second, you might wana try the sighted maple long bow from dungeoneering. it might be worth itfor pking.
