Piety - Is it all that?
Is it really worth Piety'ing all of your slayer tasks? If so what gear setup should I use? I have access to all of the barrows armor, a fury, and soul wars cape/Ardy cape/ Quest point cape.

From my experience metal dragons aren't fun. And I'm a little shy of Abyssal Demons.

Monsters to Mage
I'm currently at 77 mage and I'm looking to level it up, I'd preter using combat spells to get the HP and Def xp verses the other common methods for leveling magic. Any suggestions on monsters to kill with magic would be greatly appreciated. Also I'm dealing with a rather small budget so something like barraging is out of the question. I have access to all the spell books. ** Second Question*** For battle robes do you have to wear the hood? If you do is it worth using them instead of a Full Slayer Helm on slayer tasks? ** Third Quest :) ** I'm currently maging an Iron Dragon task, using fire bolt and gauntlets, would it be worth while to switch to say fire wave?

Adventure's log is totally messed up. Bunch of missing data, and my friends thing is full of people I've never met before.

IT HAS BEEN FIXED ALREADY! I am now getting 2 xp per 10 laws- 12-Apr-2010 - Dungeoneering Skill!
He said it had never been used in any other game as a skill, if im not mistaken. :P Either way, the fact that it is even in there means they coded it to display an error when you try to do that. So they are intentionally trying to penalize solo play? Seems like it and is one of the things I dont like about the skill. In 4 months when many people move away from this, il have to log on, ask friends to join me in raiding (il call it that), and after spending 10-20 mins because some people were "busy" or "didnt want to", il have that much less time to do it myself. I totally agree, I understand wanting group play, but if your going to offer a solo part why not make it complete.- 12-Apr-2010 - Dungeoneering Skill!

I whole heartedly agree with Qeltar that they need to implement beta testing so that the content can actually work when they launch it. A simple bug like not letting single players back into a dungeon if they get logged out shouldn't have gone live. And the stupid line in the chat box "Trying to play with yourself?" because that goes along so well with them babying down the game. That isn't even subtle adult humor like in some children movies, its blatantly obvious and a slap in the face.- Smithing Training
Self sufficiency is only a good concept when you entirely ignore opportunity costs. OT: I believe that smelting gold bars with the gauntlets is relatively fast and at a very low cost.- Void Range
If your doing slayer use the focus sight, getting void is a long painful process.- Super Restores VS Super Prayer
Would it be better to make the most cost effective potion to 96 then just make the overloads as I need them?- Super Restores VS Super Prayer
So is it worth making super prayer / super antifires from 94-96 instead of boosting to make more overloads?- Super Restores VS Super Prayer
Which ones are better to use for boss hunting? I'm assuming super restores because of the summoning restore bonus, but is there times when the prayer are better?- Accuracy or Strength?
To even further emphasis my point, using tip.it's max hit calculator, at 80 strength with just a whip is is 205, adding in an additional +3 bonus to strength only increases your max hit to 209, which is roughly a 2% increase. Using a similar comparison if you were to convert the +6 crush bonus that would be roughly 4% more hits. Once again this is purely guess work and has no real value but presents and interesting way to consider bonuses.- Accuracy or Strength?
I've always been a firm believer that hitting more often for decent hits is better then hitting less often with larger hits. I'll give you some examples with extreme values that are by no means tested or even remotely accurate. Gear set one gives you +100 attack bonus and + 75 strength bonus, in this set you attack a set of monsters and over 100 hits of which you hit 75 your average hit is 20 (old dmg system). Using this we say that you deal 1500 dmg overall. Now if we were to take each point as a straight conversion to percentage (which we all know is not true) then changing set one to give +75 attack bonus and 100+ str bonus and attacking the same set of monsters, in your 100 hits you would expect to hit 25% more dmg per hit, but also have 25 less hits. Based on this you would hit 56 times in your second trial, so if each of those hits works out to average of 25 dmg(5% more) then you would deal 1400 dmg. I know that this example is an extreme exaggeration of how the systems actually work, but if you take the rough concept you can see that hitting more frequently for less damage works out to be more dmg/time then hitting bigger less often. Obviously there are other variables like the defense of your opponent and what not but this should give you a rough (very rough I might add) way of thinking when it comes to bonuses.- Iron Knifes Vs Broad Bolts
I was wondering which would be better for training range. I can make both of them so I can get the broad bolts for a lot cheaper then the market price. I currently use full void with a fury and z book and snake boots.- Runescoop
I completely understand the need for a member's aspect to your website, guides take a huge amount of time to create and maintain, all I'm wondering is as someone who know a fair bit about runescape (has been around almost 8 years now) is it advantageous to subscribe, will I find anything useful or is it simply things that I may already know.- Runescoop
So as someone who feels as though they know a fair bit about Runescape, the benefits are a little lack luster? - 12-Apr-2010 - Dungeoneering Skill!
