  1. You mean Runescape is about to break? :ohnoes:
  2. No... I'm not famous....
  3. Ow, that was close, missed by 2. 106 out there?
  4. I've a friend that usually trains with bandits, he told me it's great experience with no effort if you wear Verac's (the barrows set that heals you). If you can't use it, I'd suggest you to bring high defense armor, lots of food in order to last longer. Also, a piece of Saradomin or Zamorak clothing (rune trimmed armor, books, capes, (un)holy symbols) is necessary. -Hope this helps!
  5. Yes, I know that, but I could use an stew from level 59, or use the Blast Furnance above level 60. Thanks to everyone that has posted! I'll see if getting rings of forging is a good idea. I really want to save money but I think cballs are too slow (the month I'd have to wait for my plan is only about 2 minutes a day).
  6. Well, you viewed the topic, could you please take the time to read and post? In order to get 60 smithing for Devious minds I'll need to smith a lot, and I have got this plan and I wanted to see if it would work. I'll need to smelt and smith 1800 steel plates, which would mean 9k iron ores and 18k coal ores. If I buy the iron for 100gp ea, and get coal from the Kingdom at arund 95gp ea, craft my own nats for alching, having bought the ess for 90gp ea, and get flax with the other 5 workers, will I get a profit? This are my maths: 9k iron => 900k 18k coal => 1710k 1800 ess => 162k That means expenses of about 2772k. If I go daily to increase my approval rating to 100%, and the workers take 50k each day, I'll have to wait 33 days. The workers on flax will have spent 25k each day, for a total of 825k (and got 20k flax), so we can add that to the expenses (that's 3597k now!). Now, after I've alched my plates I'll get 2160k, and I could sell the flax for 2200k (110 ea). That would mean I'd have a profit of (only) 763k, but I'll get 5 smithing, 2 magic and 1 runecrafting level. Will this all work?
  7. In my opinion, the easiest cape to get is the Quest one, as you don't need any levels but the combat ones above 70 (maybe agility too). Even so, I've only seen a couple of them. About the skill capes, I find that the fletching one is too common (although I'm not even near to getting it).
  8. I find the alchemy in Runescape ok, althoug i'ts a little flawed. I can't alch gold coins: they are already made of gold, yet I can alch gold bars and ores. Also, adding a bowstring to a bow greatly improves the alchinh profit, altohugh the string only weights a couple of grams.
  9. I would recommend you to raise your ranged or get a cannon. Melee at 70 is hard, although I'm not sure about magic. (I ranged him)
  10. Just so you know, the aprova, rating is the percentage of the money that is converted to resources. The "prices" of them are here.
  11. Magic (teleports) would be awesome to have in real life.
  12. I hate construction the most... with every other skill you don't actually *need* to spend money for leveling. Maybe I just hate it because it's a money drain and I don't have much money... The best skill for me is magic, because teleporting is incredibly useful, and there's a variety of spells (including ancient's and lunar) one can use in addition to the 'normal' magic.
  13. Having continued to work on my combat level... I wanted to be the lowest level with a quest cape...

For asking 100k instead of 95k for a Dlong.
  15. Hunter, but maybe I'll continue with it soon.
  16. People who buy a skillcape in order to show off, then complain about people asking them to show off.
  17. Free Bump. This is a great idea and I might go and help as sson as I get 60 smithing.
  18. Well, when I had to start killing creatures for new pouches (I really didn't now you could ask the mage for the small one), the first one came really easily, but I had to wait quite a long time for the other 2... Maybe it is random, and you just had luck.
  19. Until I get the Quest Cape (only 8 left \ ) they are: raising levels for quests, doing quests and doing something random skill.

You could search in the Tip.it Bestiary for more places were you can find. I usually would kill them in the Varrok Sewers, though.
  21. Clue: Around level 72, at Green Dragons' slayer task (I almost die at the first sara mage, wasted like 5 ppots and all my reserves of swordies, so I dropped it. :-w Dragon Drop: Around level 72, same slayer task (got dragon bones that time) Other than that, none Million gp: I'm not sure on this one. i daresay around level 65, maybe less or more. D left half: Not got yet.
  22. It seems to me that in order to get 28 laws and ess per ess in world 66 is trading inside the temple.

For the matter, does a Quest Cape count as a Skill Cape? I.e., if I've got a Quest Cape, and get 99 Hunter, will my Hunter Cape be trimmed?
