  1. I like using guthans for some slayer tasks so I don't have to bank for food. And yeah, my melee set up right now is berserker helm, glory, guthans top, guthans skirt, dragon boots, rune defender, and whip. Thank you all for the range help. I used rune xbow and almost cried when I hit 25, I thought I was seeing things. I only bought bone xbow and bolts because of the aviansies guide I read. In other news.. Why does it say I have to pay 900k for my crystal bow? I used crystal bow a lot before I quit and the recharge was only 180k. Did it reset or something? Thank you for everyone's help so far.
  2. So no bone crossbow with bone bolts? And if I don't use full void with iron knives, rune cbow is better?
  3. Ok thanks, I might look into that. Do you know which type of range weapon I should use when training?
  4. I have around 38m. It isn't that much so I don't know about bandos. Actually, I literally don't know about bandos. What are the benefits?
  5. I just thought of another question.. Which is better? Iron knives or rune cbow with broad bolts, or bone cbow with bone bolts? And does it depend what I'm training on, or is it all the same? For example, which would be better to use on aviansies?
  6. Yes, it would be for the ability. I don't want to wear torag armor and also carry around guthans. If you are going to be using safe spots, sure - why choose defense over offense when you can't be hit? Yeah you're right. Thank you.
  7. Thank you for all your help so far
  8. Don't spend that time cooking them. Nobody will know if you're in the top 500. 99 cooking is good enough I think.
  9. Very awesome guide. I just became a member today for the first time in 3 years so I was really confused. This guide will really help a lot when I start to do hunting. Thank you very much.
  10. So Rune Cbow with broad bolts instead of iron knives?
  11. Ok thank you very much.
  12. So if I use iron knives, should I use a zammy book with it? And the fairy ring to teleport places. I need all my teleport things back I forgot where everything is.
  13. I just got members today. First time in three years. So I will be updating this as I have a lot of questions. First, what is the best way for range training? Iron knives or rune crossbow? Answered: I will be using iron knives and a zammy book to train range. In what order should I hunt things? Like what the hunt at what levels? Answered: Thank you to Ddraiggoch06's guide. What is some good armor I should be using for melee? I am currently using Guthans but I don't know if there is any better nonbarrow armor that I should be utilizing. What would be a good melee set up?
  14. I did it! My character is now a girl!
  15. Oh haha yeah if you're getting members then yeah, go for sharks. Even though lobsters or monkfish would be faster, just being able to fish sharks is cool. Just fish sharks at fishing guild. It's a good environment and very relaxing.
  16. Yeah, I would go with cheaper arrows like bronze or iron and do fleshies on the second floor of SS.
  17. If you don't care about cash, fly fishing. If you want both, monks.
  18. I loved doing quests and barrows. So if you haven't done all the quests yet, give that a try. Barrows is always fun. Minigames like Castle Wars provide a nice break in between training and skilling. I remember I got really sick of rs. I was trying to get a black mask. I got it and then I was like, "what am I doing.. I'm bored." So I got Laik to come to fally bank and gave her a bunch of stuff and quit right then and there. I'm back now but f2p and just when I have nothing to do. Oh! And clues are always fun. Everytime I got a clue I would stop whatever I was doing and finish the clue. Clues, quests, and barrows were three of my most favorite things in rs. Metal dragons were also fun to kill. Especially when I got a dragon drop. I felt all happy inside. Those are just some ideas. That was three years ago though, so theres probably a lot more stuff to do now.
  19. Haha I didn't say anything about that because I thought he was going to get 76 fishing and then get members. But yeah, if you really want to fish, do lobsters. You'll make nice bank and it's easier than mining addy.
  20. Buy a santa... mine preferably... But yeah if you have 14m and don't know what to do with it, try going for an achievement like fire cape or boss hunting. Maybe spend it on some skills too, just have fun with it.
  21. I remember I used to always mage them.
  22. But if I obtain them myself from FOG or buy them worn out and recharge them, they will never wear out?
  23. Can I just buy them from the GE worn out and would it have the same stats as brand new ones or would I have to obtain them from FOG myself in order to reap the maximum benefits?
  24. I think fish and bank. Then cook all at once later. Sell the cooked fish, buy lobs with the money you get and repeat.
