Onyx enchant would probably be the fastest but it's also very boring.. You can also mix it up with fire blasting some and get some nice drops from monsters too :)

Proud to say you've never used the checkpoint? There isn't anything wrong with using it is there? Am I just missing something? But yeah, it sucks if you log out during those 360s.. I haven't ever noticed this before so flame me if it's always been this way.. So... yeah. :D
