i can see it now.... Mage: GAAAH!!!!!! MY ARMOR IS TRANSPARENT!! I'M NAKED!!!!!!!!!!!! elemental armor would be cool, perhaps having defense properties against all types of attacks.

i think it should be the keys 1-0 on the main keyboard. and it should be for equipping items and spell selection

crowns would be cool, especially ones with gems inset.

because d scim special stops the opponent from using protect prayers.

reflecting on it, even i agree that my first spell was too powerful. i will edit it accodingly.

i have some: Cloak of spirits 5 Air 2 Soul the caster is rendered invisible for 1 minute. Halo of Lava 10 fire, 10 earth, 5 blood By simply being within melee distance of the caster, hostile entities will be hit for magic damage every 5 seconds. effect lasts for 1 minute.

oh yeah, i didn't think of that part, sorry. the spell wouldn't give you a drop, i forgot to add. and how about you can only cast it on humans or demons.

i was thinking about how we cold have a new type of magic: Necromancy, the art of raising the dead. I have thought up a few spells which could go into this branch. It should be a seperate type of magic like ancients. ================================================ Spirit Reaver 1 Death 1 Soul A basic "attack" spell. Hitting enemies with this causes you to regain a quarter of your dealt damage as hitpoints. (hitting 4 will heal 1). Corpses killed with this spell as the final blow give neither exp nor drops. they also do not disappear, and some of the below spells can be cast on them... ================================================ Raise corpse 1 Blood, 2 Soul Raises a body that has been killed with Spirit Reaver to fight for the caster, for 10 minutes. Can also be cast on Corpses like the ones in the Hill Giants cave. ================================================ Bone Crush 3 Earth, 2 Blood, 1 Death Hits enemy for damage and reduces all melee stats by 3. ================================================ Undead strength 5 Fire, 4 Death Deals 5 more damage when fighing undead creatures. Also, raised corpses deal 3 more damage. ================================================ Raise Undead 2 Soul, 2 Death Raises an undead monster to fight for the caster (does not need to be casted on a body). The higher your Magic level, the better the level of the Undead. ================================================ Body Explosion 10 Fire, 5 Death After killing an NPC with Spirit Reaver, casting Body Explosion on it will cause it to explode, dealing damage to all NPCs in a radius of 10 squares. Players will also be damaged if they are in an area that allows them to be attacked. (Castle Wars, Fight pits, Wilderness etc) ================================================ That's all the spells I can think of for now, so let's move on. ================================================ Staff of Necromancy The staff of Necromancy can be obtained from killing the elemental mages south of falador. Initially it has a charge of 200 Death runes. After these are used up, it can be recharged by Malginus Mortifier (or whatever his name was, the one with the 4 elemental mages), for a fee of 150k. It can be charged with either 200 Death runes, 200 Blood runes, or 200 soul runes. The name will change to indicate the charge and amount left. So a Staff of Necromancy with a full Death charge would be Staff of Necromancy (200-d). A Necromancy Staff with a 100 Blood charge would be Staff of Necromacy (100-B) A Necromancy Staff with 176 soul rune charges would be Staff of Necromancy (176-s). The staff itself looks like an ordinary staff with a skull at the tip and a curved bone at the bottom. You do not need a staff on necromancy to cast necromancy spells, hovever you can only autocast with the staff, and it makes necromancy cheaper overall. ================================================ You should need to do a quest to be able to use Necromancy, the "Necromantic Secret" quest. ================================================ Comments? on high detail, you should leave footprints. snowballs are another good idea too, although we do have wind strike :)

the only thing i would like as an addition to f2p is the ability to make arrows, since i fond it ridiculous to pay 8k+ for 100 addy arrows. other than that i believe f2p is fine (and that came from an f2per)

"cast fire blast on potato" ehh, i dont see the point, since we can already cook a wide range of stuff. if you want fast food, cook pizza.

i was thinking if jagex should introduce a lifetime membership program. you would pay maybe a year's worth of membership (i don't know about this, i don't know much about the value of the dollar and whatnot), to have membership for as long as you account remains usable. thoughts?

while we're on the subject of lousy anims, has anyone noticed that the "slash" attack of a 2h hits with the flat part, while the "crush" attack hits with the edge? odd.

defence is an incredibly important stat, i dont see why ppl ignore it. it's important for fighting high lvl monsters (do dragon slayer with low def - be my guest), and for wilderness pking. and lets face it - do you REALLY want to have 99 att/str and still be wearing full bronze? or have 99 range and wearing soft leather bodies? def lets you have better armor, lessens the chance that you'll be hit, and keeps you alive. that last one should be reason enough to train def.

i don't go for rares much, but i would LOVE a red p-hat. would go so well with those red gloves i picked off a dead man's corpse. i say leave the old ones tradable, but keep the new sceme with the drops from now on. to me, there is always a VERY slow decrease in the amount of rares, due to deaths, banning and whatever else. How about this: Minerdude2343 decides to show off in the wildy with his prize yellow phat. Minerdude2343 mines rune ore in wildy and goes afk. Rock golem attacks Minerdude2343, and kills him. Miner2343 comes back from his toilet break to find himself in lumby. He dashes back to the rune rocks, only to find that his phat is gone. FOREVER. On a side note, are rares F2P-tradable?

I don't know what got into Bungie to make them name Master Chief's armor after thors hammer. Yeah, i knew the thor thing all the time. but it is strange that they should choose a spear...maybe because spears are one of the least used weapons. Which doesnt seem quite right.

For some reason, the rank above A+ is S. With all of you as witnesses i swear that i don't give a care in the world about age ratings. Hell, i'm 13. I've played every GTA from GTA III to San Andreas. I've played Halo, Killzone, all 3 Metal Gear Solids. Most of those are rated M. Runescape is mild compared to what you see in other games. If I attack someone with a rune scimitar, does their head fly off in a fountain of blood from their neck (a la Mortal Kombat)? No, there is no blood in RS (which is something I would want). Oh, don't get me started on Jack Thompson. Regardless of what those ESRB people do, I'll still play. They can give it an AO, and i wouldn't care.
