I use w88 for gold mining, enough people to shield you from the monsters but not enough to lag you.

They said 20 mins a week for maintenance, not upgrading tiers.

We have not done our weekly quota. However, we have enough resources to pay for upkeep+upgrade the citadel to tier 2. We can still gather resources and build stuff, like the scenery hotspots, but we're restricted by the building timer. It's a stupid limitation that will keep clans from reaching tier 7 until week 11 or 12. You can move the build tick ahead of time. 'Overseers' with build tick permission can do this. But it costs you that weeks upkeep.

I've heard less than that, could be going back up a little though. Edit: Just looked under Weapons on the RSOF, seems like 3-4m is the average. A few people were buying at 5mil-ish. Then they are probably going for 5-6m. Nearly all forum posts are just manipulation nowadays.
