  1. I'd also reccommend spirit weed seeds. You can buy them pretty quickly at max (143 gp), you get 4-5 herbs per seed, and the herbs sell for about 1.9k each. Don't clean the herbs, though, because they're worth more grimy. Odd, really. EDIT: Just with some quick calculations, even if you buy the seeds at max, get 4 herbs from each and sell them at minimum, you'll get approximately 51.7 times as much money back as you paid for the seeds. I'd say that's a fairly good profit.
  2. Until I run out of spirit weed seeds, my goal is to gain one farming level a day.
  3. I wasn't aware it was possible to get two untrimmed capes...or am I missing somehing here?
  4. I'm one of the people that have started playing less now, but I have a good reason. With school putting more pressure on us now, I have less time to play. Also, my birthday was on Monday, and I got a new computer. It's far more powerful than my old one, so I've been using it to play a game that I've had for ages (Dungeon Siege 2 ftw!), but haven't been able to play because of my old computer being slower than an injured snail. Also, I haven't been playing much this month because I've been waiting for the huge graphical update coming next month.
  5. Well, it seems the original topic got deleted, and "your noobiest moments" doesn't quite cover the subject, so I've decided to start a replacement. You know what has to be done here.
  6. [/hide] Sorry to rain on ur parade people, but that was here MONTHS before summoning was even heard of. When the lizards came out in the game, a few of them had those things on their necks.. from that angle in the picture u see, they look weird, but they're really just a big patch of skin that can lift of the lizard to either heat it up by grabbing the suns rays, or colling it down. PS. They exist in real life too. So, that picture was there since before 2004, when Jagex said Summoning was coming in the near future, though they never got around to it. Before Slayer was released. Before the German KB even existed. That's some really strong hinting. He said Months not years... Slayer is over 3 years old, and that monster didn't exist until after slayer was released I'm sure. It's called sarcasm, mate. And "months before Summoning was even heard of" was in 2004, possibly 2003. Summoning was mentioned in a 2004 BTS article.
  7. The knowledge base is your friend.
  8. If you want to get as much money back as possible, turn pouches into scrolls. It gives the same exp as summoning the creature, but you can hardly sell something following you, right?
  9. Probably most monsters in the Chaos Tunnels drop them.
  10. Eh, I'm just gonna wing it and hope for the best.

  12. I've heard that Dragon Chainmail or red Canifis robes work well too.
  13. How many people have realized that in the December BTS Jagex never mentioned anything about Bounty Hunter completely replacing the main purpose of the wilderness?
  14. *marks this off as thread 7*
  15. First: wrong forum. Second: it's basically a sort of rank. A few people have custom ones from contests, though, and mods/staff/admins have their own too.
  16. Wrong forum, bad spelling, bad grammar... *makes another tally mark* I hope these things stop soon. I'm running out of paper.
  17. ...*inches toward pile of money* No..must...save...money...but...I neeeed...golf clubs... Money... :uhh: ...golf clubs. Money... :uhh: ...golf clubs. :-k Gah! This is giving me head hurties!
  18. It's fake. You can clearly see the last line was cut 'n' pasted in.
  19. Its called an Axemans folly, I don't know where it is bought though. And mind you don't drink too much of it, unless you want to wobble yourself into your own axe. Axeman's Folly is a beer that you have to brew yourself or buy from other players. There's also Slayer's Respite, Chef's Delight and...uh...well, Dwarven Stout, Greenman's Ale and Wizard's Mind Bomb, though you can buy those. Oh, and you can buy Bandit's Brew in the desert for 600gp a glass (after doing some quest or something), which increases Thieving, I think. If you can't figure out what the others do, then may whatever deity you believe in (if you do) help you... As a matter of fact, any beer could be considered a (rather weak) potion of sorts, since they raise stats.
  20. :-s I still can't believe I'm actually part of such an idiotic community, despite the fact that I made 3 typos (I think that's the plural...) during the typing of this. It's 1:30 am, I woke up at 5:30 am yesterday, blame lack of sleep. -.- P.S.: I had that weird feeling again. If you don't know what I'm talking about, read my post on page 161. P.P.S (P.S.S.?): I hate it when I can't sleep at night because of hunger...Time for a sandwich.
  21. I'm wondering if it's even possible to be that stupid.
  22. ...Oh dear. I may just be hallucinating from accidentally crushing my fingers, but I swear I just felt the global intelligence level drop. Seriously, it felt like there was some kind of vacuum in my brain, followed by a falling sensation, severe dizziness and a kind of whistling sound.
  23. ...We have now reached unprecedented levels of global stupidity...
  24. -.- This is proof that humanity's collective IQ is decreasing by at least 500 points a second. I have now lost all hope for the survival of the human race beyond the 22nd century.
