A little story :) In my early days of rs everyone seemed to despise farming, back then you had to bank a lot and sacks/baskets actually still had use. There also weren't as many convenient teleports and attributes, and to top things off it was a common misconception that you had to stay with your allotments to take care of them. Now at that time i was one of few that absolutely loved farming and wanted it to be my very first 99, i even made it to top 400 rank, sadly i stopped in february 2006 at lvl 80 to never do a single farm run again (which can be seen here). Untill mid march of this year that is, now since i had already gotten a fair few other 99's, it couldn't be my first anymore but it is my very first non-combat 99! So here we have it, 99 #10: I'm very happy :')

This is the correct reason. Why they still have it in is probably a mixture of everyone elses reasonings. thing was, you could simply bookmark the actual game, and you could instantly hop like everyone else. it wasn't an unfair advantage, people just didn't take the time to read RSOF or a fansite forum to figure it out :P but sure, jagex may have tried to babysit us in the past as they babysit us now :D Oh I think I remb that, back when the URL still said like w1.runescape.com or something like that, you just change the w1 to w2 and relog in with no delay. Something like that. Gosh that was a long time ago. hahaha i just remembered that as well, i had worlds 2, 6 and 12 bookmarked i think (because they were the busiest and hard to get into) :D

That patch can't die. abrikoos, can you go into more detail on how you obtained that, so I can add it in the guide :P It might be a glitch as someone said before they got a ranarr seed from a spirit weed patch. FTP3 Complete: [hide][/hide] In that particular case i got it from a dead herb patch yes. But i've gotten seeds back harvesting herbs as well (aka not dead ones). I even gotten snap seeds while harvesting toadflax. In my experience, you get a seed back from something you planted. For instance, if you plant 4 toadflax and 1 snapdragon, you can get both seeds back from any one of your patches. Thats my experience with the scroll of life so far anyways. This gout tuber is a first that doesn't make sense tho ^-^ well tbh the gout tuber is the only one that does make sense... As it was from a dead herb patch you have a 10% chance of getting ANY seed, i guess they think gout tuber counts as a seed. about the other note (the getting snap seeds from life toadflax) i have no idea if thats true, all i know is that ive gone from 95 farm to 200k from 99 now with scroll of life enabled and ive never gotten any seeds from my life herbs that wasnt the same kind

Except Stellar Dawn is a completely different game with a completely different team that doesn't draw resources from Runescape. Man I hope Duke Nukem Forever is canned so they can go back to focusing on Runescape again, herp derp. i know they said that, but im not believing it for one bit, sir.
