(no order in particualary -Godslayer , always been one of my best mates here on the forum great advancement. -T.J. , great guy sadly i dont know him but he taught me allot and has incredible skill. -Teenageloser , pitty people dont mention him allot probly because of his name but his skill is not to be underestimated and a very nice chap. -Sir Alex , no offense his skill wasn't all that amazing when it came to the pixel itself but his work created such a piece of entertainment to this board that i dont think anyone even cares, great guy. -Misterxman , has been here on moste peoples top lists for a long time and the improvements made by him are awesome, he just keeps getting better, respect. -Terley , great guy constant improvement and well i think we learned allot from each other. -Demented Hero , really he has been like a mentor for me allong with T.J. (well sub contiously) his work is so awesome. -Punkage , i liked her work, very recognisably style. -Ran_shadow , whatever did happen to him? well he was also pretty good pretty nice style tho resembled a template allot.. -Zimlem , very nice lady made very nice pixels, once gave one to her.. pitty she isn't here anymore. -Ziblen , dont know him/her/it but very nice stuff to say the least -hmmchawawa , really i just cant remember your name.. but as far as i know you do good work. -LP , dont really know if there pixels but there close enough to call them pixels or put them on this list, however they were pretty awesome and a style not seen often. -Vladmoney , used to make very good pixel art. -Princessa , well what can i say.. who the ... couldn't laugh about her gerbil obsession and jokes not to mention the great work she did/does. -Playboy or is it plaboy.. welll i always read it like playboy.. , has allot of room for improvement and allot of skill that is begging to get out of there. however your linework is very good. -very kinky kinky dave , awesome style, great work, love the dark themes. and im pretty sure i forgot a few people. edit: o yeah... -Random , really lives up to his name, very funny and has awesome skills definitly one of my favorites.

pen uses anchors.. give me a name for a program that uses pen as pencil and i will discus it but for the time being... paintbrush in a general point of view is generates blendings around your "dot" and therefore isn't pixel. that some programs do it differently and call the pencil a paintbrush that you have to modify? or whatever? is beyond the point because if you modify it, it will be a pencil perhaps not by name but by subname. so it's still pencil.

i wonder what makes your chance of survival in battle stronger... fast movement and small weak points.. or no movement and a sold piece "protection" solid pieces of armor destroy any chance of agile movements in battle and as soon as it gets muddy and rainy .. your pretty much like a piece of fruit in a blender "you know your about to die". ever wonderd why the english light infantry who were in much smaller numbers then the french heavy infantry completly annhialated the french? it was because they could actually move. ( it was muddy and rainy) and there you have it, non solid armor massacres solid armor.

^correction the pencil tool at 1 withd +1 height pen is vector. paintbrush is brushing. about the programs.. Who cares!? as long as you get a decent outcome.

nice stuff mate. only problems is you made the eyehole look as if it pops out instead of (kinda scary). and the left side of her skull ( i asume it is a girl by the shape of the skull) is smaller then the right side. once again impressive stuff.

"brushed pixels" do not exist and is a false term. brushed sigs or airbrushed however are the or close to the correct term. get graphics gale if you want to truly evolve your skills quickly in the art of pixel. however you should first check if you can draw... if you cant, learn it or dont bother.

can anyone tell me why everyone is pointlesly discussing the "uses " of paint.. paint does not rule the monkey kingdom neither does it rule the sewer. as for the topic.. either buy your freaking pixel sig or make it yourself.

actually i thought yours looked very tim burton ish aswell (it looked like there were houses on the top of that ice mountain). which is basicly one of the reasons why i asked you to do a Tim Burton landscape :D .

Perhaps I should have make the edge of that flame less solid. I am not convince about it biting in the fire. And I have no idea what you mean by "messy". ..what he means is.. have you ever seen fire that looks like that? and if you want it to be convincing have "it" make a "blowing experession"
