Members shure do get their money's worth with all the updates, but is Jagex just throwing a bunch of new stuff in our faces? Runescape has never essentially changed, or evolved; it's basically the same depth as it was when rs2 came out. The combat system, along with the other skills, are still very basic, and can be taken at face-value. The updates are basically just tested by rs players for a few days, and many players go back to their normal routine (construction and the warrior's guild are two examples of major updates that never really went anywhere in terms of enjoyment). We only get a few evolutionary updates, which include barrows sets with effects, and pest control for a new training style. But evolutionary updates are what really changes a game, instead of just making it bigger. I see most of these updates as an attempt by Jagex to hold players in the game, and keep them playing runescape for a week or two more in the long run. And in terms of comparison, you can look at the Pokemon series; the games never evolved, they just expanded them by adding the same type of 'gotta catch em all' Pokemon, which were essentially similar to the pokemon the game started out with. I would really like to see runescape start to evolve, and see Jagex stop making updates that half the members wont even try out. What do you guys want to see? evolution or expansion? Edit: evolving = the game becoming more in-depth expanding = the game becoming larger example of an effective evolution: fremnik helms and obby shields. fremnik helms: they added depth by giving bonuses, but sometimes sacrificing defence. they are accessable (pricewise) to the greater member population obby shields: added depth by giving a strength bonus in exchange for armor points. expensive, however still more accessable.

since bonus doesnt affect dart too much, should i mage in full rune with zerker or full torags with rune kite? whats the negative bonuses on them? btw:im not concerned about the repair cost. thanks.

AHHHA that what i thought =D> ! your the 2nd experienced barrowser that told me that :-({|= . yay time to buy torags \ I used to think that, but I found that it's only because the melee brothers have such bad mage defence, it only makes a very slight difference against them, however Karil's mage defence is slightly higher and so it actually makes quite a big difference against him, so much easier with ahrims than rune, you hit lots of splashes with rune, but not with mystic. oh :( . thx for clearing that up.

torag + guthan are both easily killable without prayer \ (especially since guthan heals thru prayer anyway) but as for ahrim + krail, i just started barrows ah.. 3 weeks ago. but i dont see a problem as i always pray on krail (dangerous :-# ). i tried not praying on ahrim but he hit me constantly. seems kinda weird :| .

just a question: why does everyone go for high pray bonus? anyway i wear: whip\dscim zerker rune plate + legs zammy book glory addy boots #-o obby cape

For my b-day a few months ago i got a debit gift card. these look exactly like debit cards, and have a number like them too. (debit cards are like credit cards). Does anyone know if i can use this to pay for xbox live and rs and stuff normal debit cards can be used for? thanks.
