I've played like 1 hour in the past 2 weeks... Haven't been on since Friday, which was for 5 mins. Well then scientifically it means your thinking too much about Runescape. :shame: How the hell is that at all scientific, so when you dream about something you think about it too much now?

And how would it lapse? The only thing we saw was Mos le' Harmless update and 8 new slayer monsters. Wich I doubt are even coming out today. Slayer monsters = drops = people selling rares to buy the drops = rare prices dropping. LOL, Now, as a rare owner myself, i can say that this will happen, but not to this extreme! This will happen but rares will only drop maybe 2-5% of their current value, and it will only last a week. and i can tell you that NO ONE will sell a partyhat for the new 87-92 slayer monster drop. Why? you ask? You probably got this theory from what happened when slayer came out, when the first people got 85 slayer(took 3-4 weeks) people traded partyhats for whips. The reason this wont happen again is because people already have a high enough slayer level to kill these monsters. So when the new unique items are released, the items will be on the market right away, people wont have to wait weeks for them... Big mistake on your part to think that the rares will lapse. Didn't say they wouldnt come back, they will decline and then come back relative to the significance of the items. Also i honestly don't care for your credentials or your condescending tone which might i add is quiet a pathetic way to have an arguement. Neither did i base this on the previous slayer drop fiasco, it comes from a good 2 years of watching the markets and understand how they work. I apologize for that, your post sounded a lot like the average "the economy is collapsing!" "OMG INFLATION!" "the sky is falling!" posts. Did you want to sell your rares and buy them back at a lower rate? Done 3 times before with santas, worked everytime, although.. I had the correct info every other time o.o

meh im starting to think the kb leak was intentional - a red herring, il be pissed if it is because i sold all my santas to prepare for the economy lapse.

they need to seriously speed up crossbows if this is true. Im not gonna hold my breath. Still it looks intriguing.

well its not actually random, they do have drop rates and everything is relative, the famous one (and only one jagex has disclosed) is that a left half shield is 40 times as rare as a half key.

they've NEVER changed the drop rate, NEITHER will they EVER change it. Its simply superstition get over it. Honestly I've had whip drops fluctuate so much for me, getting 3 in 10 kills once, and having no drops for 1-4k at a time quite frequently, it happens and it doesnt mean Jagex are constantly changing the drop rate so give it a rest. Also by your logic I they have therefore changed the drop rates of left halves considering for the first 6 months I got NONE at Ab demons then got 3 in 3 days there, I then got none for another 6 months and recently got another 2 in about a week. I have had 85+ slayer for over a year now and killed approximatly 60k demons and let me tell you whips are the most insane things to predict - you just cant do it.

just have money in your inventory and use the armour on the armour stand, it says the normal repair price and the discounted one and then you confirm and it auto takes the money.

ive been at ab demons for like 12 cumulative hours now and no head ;|

they can get in only if your in though so if your running as well its a pain for them ;s
