Yeah the vodafone ones are pretty good. I like the new anti smoking ad too (as i'm not a smoker it doesn't really affect me). Basically it tells you facts about how smoking can prevent you from getting an erection, all the while on the screen you see 2 fingers in the shape of legs with a cigarette held in between them (i think we all know what this represents). As the advert goes on the cigarette gradually burns away until the ash drops off :lol:

We're not really arguing over realism in a vampire movie are we? And for the record: Blade 1: awesome Blade 2: pretty good Blade 3: not worth watching unless you're considering buying an ipod/other apple hardware.

If i "made a fool of myself", then i apologise. I gave my opinion based on the facts that were available at the time. Next time i post something like this i'll remember to jump in my time machine, take a quick trip to the future so i can forsee what will happen in the weeks after the event, and make sure i don't get anything wrong, just to suit you. The police were in the wrong, there's no defending that. They followed this guy from a house that was under surveilance, and from what i can gather they told him to stop and he ran. I'm not condoning what the police did but if someone says "stop or we shoot", you can bet your 'wagon' i wouldn't be running anywhere, especially not onto a train. There's no need for you to twist people's words, no-one knew that this guy wasn't guilty so of course we were happy the threat had been stopped. Obviously we now know differently and no one should feel happy about what is a tragic death. The fact that you came into this thread purely to ridicule me and others says enough about you to make me realise i'm probably wasting my time saying all this, but i'm not going to be called an idiot by anyone.

Seems to me that the police first tried to get people off the train because they thought the bomber was going to detonate the bomb as soon as he got onto the train. They then must have realised that there wasn't enough time to evacuate the train, so they took the measures necessary to stop the inevitable happening. Police in England don't just go around firing shots at people randomly, i feel confident that lethal force is only ever used as a last resort in this country, and in a situation like this, such force was necessary.

I wonder why they acted this way. For their safety and the safety of others, or just out of frustration and to "Get this scum off the face of the Earth.". They killed someone who set out today to kill as many innocent people as he possibly could, i don't see how anyone can see that as a bad thing?

Dude had a bomb strapped to his back, chances are if they hadn't killed him he would have detonated that bomb. In my eyes, these 3 policemen prevented the deaths of many innocent people.

My inital comment in this thread about people having no cameras wasn't meant to offend anyone, it was just an observation. In general, people who have nice cars with decent sound systems will usually have plenty of pics (because we all know how car people just love to show off their cars), so i was surprised that no-one in this thread has any pics of their cars, or the sound systems in them. The point of posting pictures is quite simply to prove that they exist. Call me skeptical, but it's fairly easy to say you've got [insert cool thing here], without providing any proof of it. I'm not accusing anyone of doing this, to be honest i couldn't care less about the stereo of some kid from a different country, who i'll never meet - if anything i'm just interested in seeing some of the things mentioned in this thread. Is that so hard to understand? I don't claim to know anything about cars, i don't claim to know anything about car audio equipment, i know enough to wire up 2 speakers and a cd player - i'm hardly Henry Ford. That being said, here are some pictures of my 'system', which cost a grand total of ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã130 to assemble. It's nothing special, but it does the job. Judging by the level of intellect shown in that post, i'd be surprised if you were even old enough to own a car, let alone afford a decent sound system for it. Aside from that, you said "as of tomorrow i'll have.. blah blah blah" so unless your parts are delivered fully assembled, you'll be able to take a picture of them, won't you? Are we done now, or do you want to continue making a fool of yourself?

I find it quite surprising that so many people have top audio systems, but not 1 has the facility to take a picture....

I've just got a fairly standard set of 6x9's in my car, i don't see the point in having anything more in a car worth less than ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã2000. You guys have any pictures of these systems?

I used to ask them for subclub tickets, but i don't think they give them out at all any more. One dude gave me over 20 tickets once - enough for nearly 3 free subs :D I can't remember ever physically stealing anything (like putting it in my pocket and walking out), but if i'm ever given more change than i should get, or a bigger order than i paid for, i'd definitely accept it willingly. I figure i get screwed over enough times on a day to day basis, so i might aswel get as much from the world as i can.

Halfway to 40, pretty big milestone. A lot of people will say the best years of your life are over but i'd disagree. I'm 21 and my life is really starting to take shape the way i want it to, i know i'd rather be this age with a car and house of my own, total independance. Congrats.
