I think that's more of an objective opinion, I never found IPB easier to use in any way, but obviously I don't need to do much with it :P Well as an example, forum permissions in phpBB are a NIGHTMARE. I mean once you get used to it they're easy enough to do, but compared to IPB they're a royal pain. In general IPB's ACP is much more efficient and user friendly.

Also speaking from a moderator and administrator's point of view, IPB is much easier to use, more efficient and has many more convenient features. There are ups and downs to both IPB and phpBB but we switched from phpBB to IPB for a reason ;)

Uh, it's not more reliable at all. Invision is much more customisable with the new hooks system etc.. Unless of course you have some evidence for your claims? I suppose it probably isn't more customisable its about the same but it is certaintly more reliable, PHBB doesn't rely on Javascript and doesn't have searching problems. Its also a lot simpler to use. Thankyou Racheya! Also, there is a quote limit that needs changing. There were A LOT of searching problems with phpBB. In my experience, there were even more with phpBB than we have with IPB (at least in the searching that I've done).

I started watching it a few days ago. I'm only up to episode 4 but I love it so far :)

We have reshuffled the forums so that the Falador Tavern is now the main forum, with the Falador Library and Rusco as its subforums. We hope that this change will make users more aware of the more active and unrestricted forum and hopefully bring in some new members. In a few weeks we will likely revisit the issue of merging the Falador Library with the Falador Tavern. We would like to give it the opportunity to gain some activity before making any final decisions. Yes the signatures get updated every 12 hours if I remember correctly. And unfortunately if you want to display unranked stats, you have no choice but to make your own :( It's simply not possible for our signatures to display them.

Adding onto what Gandorf61 said, both of the RSNs you have filled out in the custom fields on TIF have many unranked stats. So if you're using either of those names, that would explain your problem.

Moar RuneScape fan art! This time it's of a Bandos-wearing, dragon claw-wielding, female warrior casting the Vengeance spell. The claws were kind of weird to draw since I couldn't figure out how they're wielded in the game. So I decided to turn them into dragon gloves and the claws kind of attach on the top of the glove near where the knuckles would be. This piece was loads of fun :thumbup: :) Enjoy. I recall seeing a trailer for this series several months back. I was intrigued and kind of wanted to watch it but never got around to it. I may have to give it a try.

Not to nurst your bubble, but... If you think that being rich is necessary to pay 75 pounds for what will probably be an epic event, you're wrong. I'd have paid that in an heartbeat if I didn't have to fly there. Many, many people would have. When they're going to ask a grand, you'll be right to mention wealth. If the price had been nothing from the start, it would have been sold out in a matter of minutes, mostly from people not going anyway. Well if you live anywhere other than England, it does target rich players. It would have cost me over $2000 in travel fees to attend the event.

It looks like there are a lot of blog rating bugs being fixed in the next version of IPB, which we will be upgrading to likely later in the week. If the issue is still not resolved at that point, then I will have our tech administrator look into it.

Meh I scrapped something together at the last minute but I can't imagine it being good enough to win :P At least I tried! Good luck all ;)

I watched Passion of Mind last night. I had seen it once before years and years ago. It's a pretty interesting movie.

I am currently addicted to Solitaire. I used to love the board game Sorry. I recently played Cluedo and Monopoly (though we never finished Monopoly :XD:).

Well... When the RuneFest art contest or w/e was announced, I didn't see the news post since I'm not playing RuneScape right now. The following week I was away for two weeks. Then, today, I stumbled across it ~4.5 hours before the deadline. DAMN! Despite the extreme lack of time, I decided to try to throw a picture together anyway. Keep in mind that I like to spend ~15 hours on my drawings and I had to do this one in like 4.5 :( :( I'm displeased with it on so many levels but at least I tried.. I'm so bummed that I didn't find out about this sooner.. even if just last night.

Bah I totally did not know about this contest! I would have entered! Dang.. too late now I guess lol. There still just over 4 hours :P It usually takes me a minimum of 10 hours to make a picture that I'm happy with :P But I think I will try to whip something out....
