I hate sleeping in. It feels like I've wasted part of my day. I sleep in because I stay up late. If I don't stay up late it feels like I've wasted part of my night. :lol: But I do love sleep ing in.. I woke up at like 2:30 pm today :unsure:

We discussed the possibility and the admin team feels that it isn't necessary. As n_odie stated, we already lowered it once when we switched from phpBB to IPB. We do not feel that it needs to be lowered again :)

I voted for "Alright." While it is nice to get some quick xp, I do feel like it belittles achievements a bit.

Hey guys :) Been a while! With Bonus XP weekend I thought I'd hop on RS! I got about 30k runecrafting xp last night (pre-bonus) so I made like 6k or 7k nats. I then stocked up on 118k pure essence. Once Bonus XP started I got: And now I'm closing in on 100k nats and level 97 runecrafting :) EDIT: Hurray! :)

I never exercise to exercise. I do go to school on an extremely large and "hilly" campus so just walking to class results in me walking ~3 hours a week. That's basically all I do lol.

I got 91 farming today :) I'm quite pleased with that. I spent an hour or two runecrafting and I'm hoping that I'll get level 97 tomorrow :) If not, at least I'll be pretty close!

Did you mean: And I assume you are talking about the notification and not the actual private message? I know that anytime I get a notification, it will only be marked as "viewed" if I click the notification bar at the top of the page (Next to "Signed in as <username>"). Viewing whatever you were notified of via the right hand side on the main page will not do the job. While I cannot say for 100% certain, I would think that is simply how the system works rather than being a glitch. But if you're talking about the actual private message itself and not the notification, then I'm not sure how to help you as I have not experienced that problem myself :(

I have everything all set to do fruit tree and tree runs.. then I'll be runecrafting and hopefully getting level 97 :) (a little over 200k xp away)

This. I'm really picky about my friends. There are plenty of people that I'll hang out with at school when I'm out (meals mostly).. but there are only 2-3 people whose company I truly enjoy and who I would trust with absolutely anything.

We're simply here to ensure that the rules are being followed and enforce them when necessary, as well as do any other forum organization/management work. We'd like to leave the main direction of this forum up to its participants. This is just an out-of-curiosity question, but would you guys play any of the stuff here in the Tavern if you had time? Well I can only answer for myself. I'm not much of a roleplayer so I would not. I know of a few people who are interested in roleplaying but I can't really answer for them :) This seems to disagree with that statement, Tripsis. Its probably just me overreacting and typing/meaning error, but I prefered it to be cleared up now :grin: Well as for the matter of banning someone from a game, the administrative team vetoed that simply because it's a forum-wide rule. In NO forum can anyone ban a user from posting if they're not violating the rules. I'll use BlogScape as an example. There have been instances where bloggers have said "I don't want this person posting on my blog." However, if the user is not violating any rules, they are perfectly allowed to post. Same rule applies here. Unless there is VALID reason (i.e. user is violating the Tip.it Forum Rules or the game rules), we will not allow you guys to vote someone out of a game just because you find them annoying, etc. This is simply us administrators enforcing a forum-wide policy. If I remember correctly, it is not possible to remove flood control from specific forums. It can only be done by group. So this is not an option even if we were to consider it. Custom colours are for staff members and members of similar positions only. Not for forum sections ;) I assure you we will not interfere with roleplays :) It's not our aim to restrict or hinder you guys. We try not to limit your guys' creativity and freedom, but if you do post something that could be offensive, it is in violation of the Tip.it Forum Rules. As I said, we do work to uphold the forum rules.. but we're not going to interfere in roleplays just for the sake of interfering.

I saw my Players Gallery submission on the wall in your second video! :thumbsup: Thanks a lot for these videos! I was *almost* going to go to RuneFest and wasn't able to at the last minute :( So it's great to be able to see what it was like from your videos!

Just adding onto what Y_Guy has already said - we do have an admin coder as well as several crew members who are great coders. I'm sure just about anything COULD be done through modifications, but our coders have much more important things to do than code small annoyances like this. They have a never-ending list of things that need to be done, and only some of which are clearly visible to the public eye. And on top of that, they do have lives outside of Tip.it as well ;) It would be nice if we could accommodate every request like this but it simply isn't practical. It's a lot of work for a small change and our coders' efforts are more needed elsewhere.

I watched Wedding Crashers last night. Always good for some laughs. I've been really indecisive with my movie choices lately. I'll decide to watch a movie, but as soon as I make that decision I suddenly don't feel like watching it anymore. D:
