I might participate in some sort of daily challenge, if I can find the time :P

"I want a girlfriend/boyfriend", and other such relationship advice
That's kind of a depressing way to put it :P Honestly I think there's very little you can really do :( It is very hard and while calling and texting helps, it's no replacement for the real thing. Or putting what Bows said into slightly nicer terms, keep yourself occupied. If you don't have much to do, you'll probably spend that time sitting around thinking about her, which will make things worse. Find constructive things to do - like a project or something - and that will keep your mind busy and you won't be lingering over thoughts/memories of her.

What movie(s) did you last see?
Finished Prison Break. For the most part I enjoyed it, but it was so repetitive and got kind of old. I was glad to see it end. Tonight I watched Chaos. Pretty fun - I enjoyed the ending :P

:: tripsis :: 99 Woodcutting!
Hey all :) Getting kind of close to 92 farming! Maybe another 2-3 days or so. I started university again, which has been slowing me down a bit, but I'll get there!

"I want a girlfriend/boyfriend", and other such relationship advice
Good - there's potential. You said you've seen each other only twice... If that were me, I wouldn't want to jump into anything either. So far she probably likes you, but really doesn't know all that much about you. Before anything takes off, she wants to know more about who you are. Right now she only knows a bit about your behavior and how you look (and she probably likes those two things), but not so much who you are as a person. Be patient, hang out with her more, do a lot of talking so she can get to know you, and see what happens from there.

Sorry but our decision is final - we can't just let anyone edit (or upload to) the site. Unless there is a recruitment drive going on (which there won't be for a while), people are invited to join the crew if they are deemed suitable. There is no checklist of qualities or anything like that. But if someone provides a lot of valuable contributions, has a good attitude, etc. then they will likely be considered. As for the credit, it will likely be presented like all credit is. At the bottom of each page, there is a list of users who contributed to the information provided on said page. Your name would be added to that list. At the top of the page you will see something that says "Signed in as Joeytje50" with an arrow pointing down. Click on that and select My Settings from the list. Then click on the Profile tab and there you can edit all kinds of profile information.

RuneScape Fan Art & Crafts - Sneak Peak
Each drawing typically takes around 15 hours :) I do hope to make Guthix and Saradomin books at some point, but I'm not sure when. I have to be home (not at uni) in order to do it and they take a very long time. Right now I have a few sketches sitting on my computer, as well as a few ideas bouncing around my head! One of the sketches I have on my computer is of a warrior challenging K'ril Tsutsaroth! :)

Sorry but as you said, we don't just give anyone the ability to edit the site directly - you need to be a crew member/admin to do that. Surely you understand the security risk that comes with giving anyone that kind of access. And if you're going to ask, we're not taking applications for staff positions right now. We'd still love it if you'd help us out in the ways described above, and you would be given credit for valuable contributions :)

Stellar Dawn Fansite?
Yes we had a LOTRO Tips and Warhammer Tips. Neither of which are still being worked on :P

You are certainly welcome to help us out :) Website Updates & Corrections is where you can post all updates and corrections to existing content on the site. Be sure to check out the Crewbies Missions! sticky in that forum, as it usually contains information/images that are needed. [*]Website Discussion is where you can post completely new ideas. [*]If a new, large update is released that requires a lot of new information, sometimes the Tip.it Crew will create a new thread (usually a sticky) in General Discussion, detailing what they need. Thanks!

We work for Tip.it as volunteers, so that would be $0.00 ;)
-
What other fansites do you commonly use? And how can tip.it expand itself to compete?
Basically only Tip.it. Back when I was playing RuneScape more often, I would occasionally use a quest guide from another site, but that's it. And we're always open to suggestion to help improve Tip.it in any way :)

29-Sep-2010 - Players' Gallery # 13
I can't imagine that Jagex will let a person be featured artist of the month more than once so previous winners will probably never have a chance of getting those new prizes (signed certificate, exclusive piece of signed concept art). Bummer  Oh c'mon, I'm sure you could natter them enough for it. You did get the very first one, after all. Probably :P We were able to convince them to mail the canvas prints of the RuneFest artwork to the artists. But I don't like asking for things

29-Sep-2010 - Players' Gallery # 13
To be honest I'm not that fond of this month's gallery. Still a few fun pieces though :) And maybe I'm being greedy but I find this a little annoying: I can't imagine that Jagex will let a person be featured artist of the month more than once so previous winners will probably never have a chance of getting those new prizes (signed certificate, exclusive piece of signed concept art). Bummer

Blu-Ray and you
I download most of my movies these days, and if I have the option, I always choose HD. In the now rare event that I buy the actual disc, I'll always go blu-ray :) I've been spoiled by high definition.

I can't stand schools.
I think maybe the only thing that school has helped me with is becoming a pretty good writer. Learning how to structure an essay and how to write an argument isn't something that can just be forgotten. But even then, I'd probably only give half of that credit to actual school and the other half to the fact that I read a lot. I did have some great writing teachers in high school with extremely high standards. But what seems silly is that now that I'm in university, the standards seem lower. So essays that I would write now in university would be deemed "terrific" whereas in high school they'd probably only be seen as "okay" or "pretty good." But looking beyond school, I can't see how being able to write an essay with an argument will ever help me. I can't imagine doing that in a setting outside of school. I always do the minimum amount of work to get by. I have never had a class where I truly enjoyed the information that I was learning, and as a result, I have almost always forgotten it as soon as I finished the test. For me, school is really a means to an end. The process isn't important to me, it's just something I have to go through to get a decent job.

Literature
Well the forums are different. This thread is for discussing literature and the Varrock Library is for posting literature. But if you have any ideas on how to improve/revamp the forum, you're welcome to post them in Forum Updates & Suggestions :)

"I want a girlfriend/boyfriend", and other such relationship advice
Couldn't agree more. It's hard for guys to ask out girls. If you think you don't know anything as a girl, try figuring [cabbage] out as a guy. Good lord. Why is it harder for guys? :P

Taylor Swift
I saw a video of one live performance and I swear she flipped her hair about 50 times while singing.
