Locked~Not only is this event over (as it took place on Easter Sunday), but people clearly aren't taking a liking to this.

Nicely done :) Some of the lines are a little messy though (particularly on the right side of the cape). I also think that parts of the image, especially the armour, could use some highlights. It'd really brighten it up :) Also possibly add a background or something. But all in all, nice work! :thumbsup:

Maybe they were forced to stay in the classroom or else I dunno....We don't know all the details Exactly, we hardly know any of the details regarding what actually went on in there. Personally, I would be horrified if I had to watch anyone have sex, especially if I was in fifth grade. If these children took the time to have a lookout to ensure that they would not get caught in the act, I doubt they would want people to walk out of the room (for that same fear). So they probably demonstrated some control over their peers by keeping them in there, to encourage them not to tell anyone about it. And if kids were suddenly leaving the classroom, I'd think that nearby teachers might get suspicious.

I'm perfectly content with the charges they received. If they want to do it in their own houses on their own time, that's not our problem. Then their parents can give them all the grief they deserve. But on campus, at that young of an age, in a classroom full of people.. that's just revolting. I have sympathy for the poor children who had to witness that.

You mean a trash can that users can view? Even if we did that, there would be a 'topic shadow' left be hind in its place (so the user knows that his topic was removed, like you said), which is equally as irksome as locked topics. The only solution that I can think of, which I'm more than happy to do, is to just delete locked topics that are a few days old. That way, the author should have a chance to view their topic and see why it was locked. But it also means that the locked topic should be cleared out within a few days, making room for more topics to emerge in its place.

The problem with deleting threads instead of locking is that then users wonder where their topic went. So it ends up creating more chaos for the moderators (and users) when people make topics like, "Where did my post go?" or when we get questioning PMs.

Adding onto what Albosky said, the way I see it, if there is a good rant on the Rants forum, it will stay on page one (or close to it). All the 'bad' or repetitive rants just die and fall into the later pages, and those are the ones that get deleted.

Thanks for letting us know! In the future, PM a moderator or administrator with a quote of the PM and the user in question so it can be taken care of! Can't have scammers on the loose, now can we? :evil:

That sentences makes it seem like you are charging people for this 'service.' We do not allow users to charge gp/items for their events, due to the room for a possible scam. This isn't exactly an event anyway.

I think it's fine the way it is, just because the author of the locked thread will be looking for their thread later (to find out why it was locked). If it automatically gets bumped to the bottom of the page, it'll be on page two in a matter of minutes, causing the author of the thread to spend far longer than necessary to look for their thread (I don't know how many people actually use the "view your posts" feature). Sometimes locked threads are removed from the public view all together. But we give the author of the thread a few days to find their thread again and realize why it was locked. Hope that made at least a little bit of sense :uhh:

Ohh :oops: You could try fiddling around with motion blurs with the text, but somehow keep it pretty readable. But right now, I think the "goodbye and good luck Tip.it," especially, is a little too blurry :oops:

The top text (Retired; Goodbye and goodluck, Tip.it) is pretty blurry :uhh: But that may be just because of the size limit, in which case there's not much you can do. The bottom text is also a little difficult to read :oops: But nice job overall! And good luck with the future! :)
