Nah, when you're mixing the apple pieces together with the sugar and spices, add some flour to the mixture... It's not as easy to notice with apples, but for more juicy pies (such as strawberry-rhubarb) i usually look at how much juice is in the bottom of the bowl and add small amount of flour until a light paste is formed (don't worry, as you bake more juices come out). That said, you won't need a whole cup of flour, only a few tablespoons at the max, depending on the pie.

Umm, to prevent the overflow, add either add some more flour or tapioca (it's rather amazing in pies actually!) to help absorb the excess liquid and if you're finding it too runny still, try to stay away from open topwork (lattice for example) and stick with a closed top crust until you figure out the necessary proportions so no leaking occurs. Also, always have a drip pan under anything you have in the oven... makes clean up so much easier! 10. The reason for the value differences may have been due to you wearing Karamja gloves (as they give a reduced value). Regardless, the values have been added to the guide so many thanks for this contribution. :

  12. Hey Esper, thanks for all the nice pictures but it seems your last two of the dwarves are both of the light selection, no heavy. Would you mind getting this?
  13. whut? You're going for 85 agility? Go for 99 so that you can ome visit me at barbarian course once you get that high and then you can do laps with me :P
  14. As one who has taken 8+ years of ballroom, Irish, Scottish, and tap dance, I like to pull out moves at school dances with quick footwork and it's fun to vary it up and teach people new dances. If I can find a beat, I can probably find a dance that's applicable. Only downside? You're feet hurt so much afterwards...
  15. Have you tried composing or writing music? I have the same problem for the fact that I often have at least 3-4 melodies running through my head and the only way to get it out is to write it out. It's given me a new thing to do during school and has helped me concentrate better as it has cleared my head. I'm a bit worried over the fact that it causes pain however. Could you be more descriptive of where the pain is located and have you seen a neurologist or another specialist over this?
  16. this has been added
  17. Banned 'cause i merely wanna see what my rank will say
  18. Banned since I have not used this excuse since page 88: "banned for banning others who were banning those who were banning those who were banning those who were banning those who were banning those who were banning etc etc, et infinitum and banned for playing the banning game and banned for quoting others and banned for making fun of a cute hamster"
  19. I've just been accepted to UW-Madison (first choice) and hope to major in biochemistry and minor in music. As a state school, it's relatively decent at $19,030 / year total (tuition, board, etc). I shall follow this thread to see what tips those who are already in college may ad or tips from those who also are doing either biochemistry/music for their undergraduate.
  20. banned 'cause you're all new comers and all the oldbies who used to play aren't here anymore to entertain me
  21. the number of fingers on one hand: 4
  22. banned 'cause i haven't posted in since around page 1000
  23. heh, at times it seems frustrating when I get the same reward of sweets, runes, a noted food, and a random piece of rune armour or weaponry, but it is the every once in a while good clue that makes them all worth it. Yesterday I did three clues; the first two were long, tedious and poor rewarding but the last one had a zamorak page and a saradomin coif. That was an easy free million gp there. Day previous it took me four clues of almost nothing before on my fifth i got two Guthix pages and Guthix bracers. That was an easy 500k gp there. Basically, the more you do the better the odds eventually. (Hopefully  )
