For salve ammy I know it's only melee because it increases Attack and Strength by 15% or 20% if you did mini-quest. No clue about black mask though. EDIT: stupid 1 post per minute rule...must post less!

Magic level? 50+ for slayer dart; or a very high level spell. Prayer Level? 43+ is a must Slayer Level? 55+ helps Ranged Level? 70+ for Arhim is a big plus
