Different issue. I was only pointing out that there is no inconsistency in making it legal for you to do something to yourself while making it illegal for someone else to do it to you, not whether or not it should be legal to do it to yourself. Those things should not be illegal in a free society. They are illegal because of busybodies, control freaks and religious nuts. That seems a bit extreme.
