I'm the only one here who thinks this could be a good idea :P? I believe that this could be a great way to get more F2Pers to go P2P, because it would be much easier to buy the membership. Jagex would earn more money and all those kids who's mothers or fathers doesn't let them lend their credit cards, can now enjoy all the extra fun that membership can give them.

This seems like a good idea for me. I think that many F2Pers would go P2P if Jagex added a system like this, because, as you say, there's a lot of people who plays RS randomly. These people doesn't find it neccessary to pay 5$ a month when they some months maybe just logs in once or twice. For some of these people a system like this would be wonderful. Myself I would keep to the old system though. Since I play more than 2 hours per day, it's cheaper for me to use the old system than the new one.

I agree with you :). I think that the Assist system will just help some of the low level players in RS, and that it won't ruin the game as some of the people on here believes...

I think that the price will fall a little more before setteling at this new price. But that's just my theory, and I'm not an expert on member items prices.

I would have done almost the exactly same thing as you. The only thing I wouldn't have done was to tell him that I was suspicous about him and if he had drop traded those valeuable items or not. I would have checked his stats in the highscores before the trade, but I wouldn't have told him that I did. This is an easy way to lose what could have been a good trade.

I can see why you think it's bad that the lower level get's both the exp and the material, and I agree with you. It is unfair. It's really sad that some people uses this new system just to get free stuff and free xp :(

Correct. I think that this seems a little bit to tricky for happening. If Jagex wants to change the prices, there are many more, easier ways that they could do it.

I would love if they added such a filter :D

My plans before christmas are 80+ in every skill and to just have a few quests left to do. I might be able to do it, maybe not.
