Black party hat may exists, but normal players don't have and can't get them. It's just some of the JAGex staff that can and have the black party hat, beacuse they have or can create it, beacuse they have self created the game.

They do it just for it should be hard for people to report them. Probalby, when they have scammed someone, they trade their main account and give the money to it, and then keep scamming.

What is a yellow Party Hat worth today?

Evry couple of days I think.

When i got 50+ in very f2p skill and 70 in combat, I'm gonna merchant and make money so I can buy a yellow party hat (Will just take a year to make so much money or something :( )

I was PKing in wilderness with some friends when a big group of magicans appear. They start to attack me and my two friends, and we run away in diffrent directions. The guy that follows me has higher combat then me, but I had started to run fast, and he loses me. I and my friend says that we should return to Edgeville. I start going there, but I'm being suprised to see the magican that followed me going north just a little bit from me. I want rewange, so I rush to him and attack him. He flees north, and beacuse i know that he probalby is low on energy beacuse he has already runned after me, I run after him. After a while i see on white dot on the map to the right of me, and then on to the left, another on the left, all rushing against me! It's the group of magicans. They hold me fast and I dies. They only get a sapphire ring, my steel sword and a adamant kite shield.

My rune full armour. It's my proudest purchase beacuse i use it very often and it protects me very good.

I don't think Jagex will release any book in the subject Runescape beacuse there isn't any really story in it. Yoy can do what you want, and how should you base a story on that? But as other guys had said already, there might be a runescape novel about the history of Runescape.

Good idea! I think that would help alot. The problem is to find those people. And people that make lvl 3 woodcuters is probalby people who want RS money, trade it for real money and then ban the other person for real life trading.
