  1. Well you see, if he's a "rude clown" , he won't really get it. If he's a "nice clown", he will probably be liked by others. Crazy how attitude can change something, eh? You see, it also depends on how they act. Also, we care about picking cabbage. Or we wouldn't have 2.5mil of them so far. :) Also, we're not just so picky on them. If he's rude , he'll get warned. If he continues, someone will talk with him. In EXTREME CASES, forums ban. Wich doesn't means he can't goes to the patch anymore.
  2. You're wrong. Well you're right about us posting coments altought. Also, don't use the word 'important', since like I said, we're equals. So back to inductions. We pick croots depending on their attitudes. If he talks rarely but is nice when he does, and that he picks, he'll get inducted faster than someone who is a "clown" that doesn't pick a lot or that the rude guy that picked 10k cabbages in 2 days. No it's no discriminatory, it's just based on their attitude.
  3. Aha! The cat came out of the bag! And that is decide by the subjective point of view of the 'important' people? Not really allowed to talk about that but... OoC members can post their thoughts about the recruits *somewhere*. If it's a good 'cruit, it usually get inducted fast. Some are a-okay and get inducted. Some others are hopeless.
  4. No. If you think so, you're wrong. Every actual/past member of the OoC was a recruit at one time. If they're so not important, why would recruits keep coming, then? Anyways, let's not turn this into a flame topic. OT: Well to join, you basically need to hang around, pick cabbage and have fun.
  5. Actually dude, everyone is egal. Recruits, Acolytes, Overseers and Elders are just "grades" to identify how much they love cabbage ;D
