-# The Great Tip.It Grid #- New support Sigs!
Yeah there is still room, i will have to get updating this. I should have it updated before the end of the week. (I have assessments to do, so this will fall into the 'find anything but the assessment to do' category.

Earth Eternal - Open Beta
It looks much better in full-screen, but I play it in a small windowed browser so I can have other things running beside it. It makes everything squash up a bit, but it isn't too bad. But the UI doesn't make or break a game. Can anybody who actually plays the game post here for me? (My name is Haddock Crend) http://www.eartheternal.com/forums/earth-eternal-chat/topics/Project-Telephone?page=1#post-237102 *not a refferal link, just a bit of fun*

What video game has influenced your love of video games the most?
I would say either Half life, Pokemon, Age of Empires or Runescape.

To be honest though, i don't really think Jagex (or me for that matter) count it as a major holiday event. It is more of a mini-holiday, which is why i wouldn't count against Jagex doing this kind of event every year, different content but the same reward for new players.

Belgian man was in a coma for 23 years... Or was he?
Wow, that pretty much sums up my opinion. I thought they would do all sorts of brain scans to check the coma status, but i guess medical technology was not as good in '83

What are your views?
On Castle Wars Clans. It has always intrigued me what PK clans think of Castle wars clans. Originally, PK clans and CW clans mixed a lot, I personally had experience of PK Vs CW wars, first having a Best of 3 Cw war, and then a PK war. And there was also a large war many years ago involving CWG (probably the strongest cw clan ever) labeled "CWG vs the world", i remember quite a few of the top PK clans of the time attending, it was a great game. They both have some large similarities, such as spending massive amounts on Wars. Cw clan members often spend 1m+ on wars with PVP armour, and it's pretty obvious that PK clans have to spend money on wars. They also both take a lot of organisation. With PK clans, people have to know to listen to the leaders and attack the right people, go to the right places etc. CW clans i could argue take more, with having to organise each specific person to a specific spot, and then having to have trust in that person to stay there. Which brings me on to trust. In a PK war it's essential, you don't want your clan members turning on you, that obviously won't help you win, and you also need the confidence in them to keep returning to the battle. You also need confidence in your clan in a CW war too. Confidence that the other parts of your team can do their job. There is nothing more disheartening than defending perfectly for a war, but having your clans scorers do a dreadful job. So what are your views on cw clans? Would you consider Ever joining one (have you already been in one?)? Which do you think has more fun? Which do you think is more intense to be in, and has more intense wars?

First Tip.It FunOrb Tournament - First Round
You guys probably already know who is playing who in the next round but just in-case you don't i've updated the first page. (if i don't hear anything by Thursday, ill pm you all about it. So yeah, the semi-finals are on the first page. I also was thinking about either a reward signature for the winner and future winners, something very small that could fit in most people's current signature if they wanted it, very small dimensions and file size but still noticeable. Something along the lines of "XXXXX - XXXXX(the Game's name) Master", with a fairly striking background to make it noticeable. Or making a 'Hall of Fame' Thread, listing the winners of each Tournament, with a small graphic with the winners name and which game they won in it. What would you guys prefer? Or is winning enough of a reward? I was thinking the signature might be a good way to advertise this are and get more people involved in the future.

Hope you don't mind me doing this, but a much more polished version of this is what i think would look good:

Web comic: Chronicles of Elementias
I would say just try and reduce the text size slightly to keep them seperate, or have the second bubble coming from off-screen so it looks as if somebody else is saying it.

I just did the unthinkable
I don't think Facebook will actually go a whole lot longer before something else takes over the pole position as the social networking site. Just in the way Facebook took the top slot from Myspace, which at the time could have had all that said about it.

I just did the unthinkable
The truth. Once you start getting a bit older, without things like school seeing your friends every day, it actually becomes fairly useful. And theres always laughs to be had at looking at the night before's pictures. I did this with myspace once, but ended up re-making it anyway.

Web comic: Chronicles of Elementias
My only problem with the most recent one was the 'Isn't he getting executed today? the human' (something like that) speech bubble. It was a different colour to the other one so appeared to be said by somebody else, but it was joined. Confused me as to who was saying it, and who to.

Earth Eternal - Open Beta
That's its biggest selling point, and its also the reason why Rs is so popular, ease of access. I have so many quests to do, and now with the notice boards, I'm never going to be short of things to do. I have 3 '5 party size' quests to do in the midlands, one '2 party size' queest to do there too, but now i'm in new Badri with a whole new load of quests to do too. Edit: Had a funny glitch today, was soloing this instance dungeon when all of a sudden, my character flies into the air and onto the roof of the dungeon, totally outside of it. Eventually I fell off the side and hit an invisible floor a fair distance under the whole dungeon. When i walked under the actual dungeon i suddenly appeared back inside. Strange but funny, i should have stayed up there.

How do YOU dress?
I can't really explain what I wear, just normal gear? Styled jeans. Usually a T shirt with a jumper-type thing over the top, and in the overly cold a jacket over the top of that. Oh and I rarely leave my flat without my hat on.

I think the damage you deal is set to a certain region whatever your weapon is. So an AGS will deal the same region of damage as a dagger against these guys. I managed 170's with a rubber chicken.

Flood Control
You wouldn't believe how helpful the flood control is when we have an adbot or an account registered to spam.

Earth Eternal - Open Beta
Anglorum is fun, but i'l say you really need to start using the teleport spells there, the place is huge. Can't wait to try the new thanksgiving event and the message board thing.

vote monster raving loony party for 2010
I agree with 1 man army if we are talking seriously. Labour just seems attracted to disasters and to be honest we need some change. But Conservative is not where that change will come from. All I see from them are a bunch of cowardly bullies in a way. Anything bad Labour does, the Conservatives will sit there and bad mouth them, anything Labour does well the Conservatives sit there and still say it was done wrong. I just get really frustrated with the Conservatives and how they act, and to be honest, i have lost almost all trust is both Labour and them during the expenses scandal. And the one that we barely hear about in the scandal are the Lib Dems, who personally I will probably vote for. Not because i like what they stand for particularly, but because I feel they are more trustworthy and are not just bickering little children.

First Tip.It FunOrb Tournament - First Round
Elimination, but i can always make runner up matches and stages to get a full 1-8 standing if people want to play more games.

Ryan's Gallery
I really like the Frog signature. The colours actually work very well imo, any more and i think it would ruin the look.

Tip.It Forum Skin
Are we getting it in the other colours as well at some point down the line?

First Tip.It FunOrb Tournament - First Round
Rien whooped my backside. My screenie didn't catch the winner, but i know who won.

Why do developers keep doing this?
I have to agree, i can't stand escort missions. It is getting better in modern games where the people you escort actually have some fairly good AI, some of the things escortees would do in older games was just downright frustrating.

What about making the sphere the globe (if it isn't supposed to be already). A very obvious globe would get the message across that it has something to do with the environment.
