I still think 11 should be the capital city, thats the only real opinion i have on the map, i'll be a city boy and never step outside of it :

i like how they've kept some things hidden, but still shown us that things are in development, nice to know the next elf quest will be a biggie, andf that they haven't forgotten about other quest storylines.

Is there any way of changing the wiki so the name's spelt right?

Im counting on you for keeping the population up to date, i think for having the effort to count that up should give you something big.

When i did it, i did 10 emotes in a row, going down the list, then alternated between the 99 and 90 obstacle/thingymajig. Works well.

I totally forgot we ened a capital city. Maybe we can have a capital city with all these regions/forums included, then have random stuff outside of the city. Maybe a large map of the city with regions etc, then all this war stuff can happen outside the icity walls in barbarian/viking land. What about...tipitopia city? Heck, maybe thats what the small island could be, the capital city/island.

No, i said dragon legs were at the price they were because they were saught after for the dragon set, the skirt was used by people who want the stats at a bette price. They have both always been a fairly common drop, dragon legs were just a high price because they compelted the set.

However the drop rates isn't 1/100... The chance of a dragon leg/skirt drop from irons is 1/75, whatever that is as a %, it all depends how you interperit the phrase. People MASSIVLY overestimte the rate they kill dragons, making it seem as though the drop rate is lower than it actually is. Also, you know d skirts are at alch price? the only thing keeping legs above that is the fact they are saught after, or were for many years.

However the chance is not 1/75 anymore, Jagex ALWAYS tweak drop rates for every monster that drops a new item. Not then they didn't. The droprate for metal drags has always been the same.

Unless you mean removed with the random event update last week, they are on PVP worlds. I guess comp, its down to personal prefference, i preffer the safety of being in combat.

err, without a summon i'd say youve got 2 choices for speed without losing money. Do laws throught the abbys untill 66, then do deaths through the abbys. Or do GOP minigame and buy tabs/essence for those two rune types and craft them. I'd say do ZMI if you want pure speed, but it will cost you.

D legs/skirts are 1/75. Steels are 1/50, irons 1/75 bronze 1/100. Those were the ratios given when jagex brought them out. or add 25 to each, i remember one being 75, and them all going up in 25's.

Frog tokens got turned into random event gift box things, read last weeks rs update. The logout timer is 5 mins now, not 1.5 EDIT: They are no longer in demand, not the most expensive items anymore, much better things to spend money on etc.

I don't think anybody has found a good number. I think its something around 1/5000 chance per kill, around that
