Wow, sorry to say but my above post was wrong. In the last 3 months, mith ore has risen over 100gp, which now means even the mighty blast furnace is no longer profitable if everything is brought/sold at med g.e. It is still however minimal losses (much lower than almost any smithing) and very fast exp.

Come to a cw clans event and you will get your own proof, heck come in our irc channel and ask anybody with a good ip to go against you at glicking a flag, and you will see the difference ip makes.

UPDATE Blast furnace is no longer profitable, you will now lose 10gp per bar!!(ALARM) However this is still a great way to minimise losses and get great smithing exp! Mithril ore has gone up by over 100gp in the last 3 months, making a loss of 10gp per bar. This still blows all other mithril smithing out of the water however, as buying mith bars straight would still cost over 300gp per bar in losses.

All barrows takes 15 hours of combat to degrade. Will only degrade while in combat, either getting hit or hitting something.

Ignore the above posts. Blast furnace with stealing creation hammers (hammers not essential) Upwards of 100k exp an hour, small profits of around 30-50k an hour minimum on last check, would be a bad idea not to.

Don't bash it untill you try it. Rs works in 0.6 second ticks (ish) As long as your connection is fast enough to click it in the first 0.6 second stint, it will all depend on ip. 5 people click in the first 0.6 second, the person who gets will be the person with a certain ip, certain ip's will get 'priority' over people with other ip's. As i understand, the best ip is one with a low last number, and a second from last divisable by 8 (apparently, i've personally never ip changed but i know from days when my ip is automatically better it does help, i've also experienced it in many many many many wars and games in cw) The system was put in place for something else very early on in rs, i can't remember what or where, but it was seen in a jmod post a fair time ago, and the same system was carried for the flag drops.

Weapons and armour much like the slayer helm which give bonuses against certain monsters/enemies, and also armour much like armadyl, which gives negative effects for other attack types.

Are there any decent trees is the wilderness worth using the 4x exp, or best using the 1.5x exp outside of wilderness on pvp?

I've never been a fan of rings of life. As i know, they teleport you when under 10% of your max hp Ao for me 9hp right. Anything that can get me to 9hp can hit 20+ usually, so chances are ring of life won't even save me :(

May not seem like an achievemnt to most, but 70-74 fletching in one day is big! for me. Im really amazed how people get 99 fletching, i cant get over the feeling im totally wasting my time with each level because they are so totally pointless, how do you get over that feeling for 99 levels? Warrior ring usually, i prefer slash def+att bonuses to crush def and slight str.

Oh, I've hit a 72 and 68 pjing so far. In welfare gear. What's a level 80 player supposed to do about that? Well a level 80 probably would be miles out of the range of anybody hitting that. But really, its all down to preperation. Prepare to get pj'd, if you don't prepare for them, then your asking for it. Its like going to godwars and not preparing to get hit by the minions, you knoow they might be after you so you change your style, the same should be taken with pjers.

There was a guide about it a fair while ago here on tipit, not sure if its still there. I never bother using it, can't be arsed paying so much attention, more fun and easy just using full time prayer.

Why? The exp is all legit, no free runes/arrows etc.

And where is your proof that it will not come out? My proof is that there hasn't been any word about it by jagex who nowdays lay good hints about this kind of thing. However, the hints picked up in this thread are the most obvious case of clutching at straws i have ever seen. Oh and to the above post of 'He probably means the fact that Jagex isn't dumb enough to not release something which obviously has a lot of hype surrounding it.' There is very little hype, theres the same 4-5 people posting hype about it here, and the whole rest of the thread is numerous people hating it. And lack of imagination is not my reason for disliking, its the fact i can pay x gp to get to almost anywhere already, the fact this would nullify various peices of travel in rs, the fact jagex would need to increase rs map size tenfold to make even enough area to be worthwhile, and the fact there has been NO solid hints, 1 word in a sentance, thats what people are basing a whole skill on.
