Good idea! I think that would help alot. The problem is to find those people. And people that make lvl 3 woodcuters is probalby people who want RS money, trade it for real money and then ban the other person for real life trading. Its called Player Mods...

Lol. I'm making this up as i go. They'll be enchanted by one of the wizards who teleports you to the Rune Essence. Just ask them kindly, and if you have complete the Rune Mysteries quest they'll enchant it. :wink:
