Think I missed this. I also got the very rare Blade Runner of the same set.*proud* :P They are CDA boxes, but the company went bankrupt last year, so you can only get their boxes from the aftermarket. They contain black and white photos, big promo cards, a senitype/filmcell and a huge wall poster. And of course a nice edition in digipack of the movie it self. :shock: But the DVD's included are Ultimate Editions, which means that if you buy them sepperately it would cost about 180 euro just for the DVD's. Oh, and it's a Japanese release, but you can choose the movie spoken English. Ultimate Editions are also the only ones with the Alien series in DTS.

This may sound a bit weird. But I was wondering, why are people always fighting here when it comes down to music, they find the SMALLEST things to create an argument. When you watch at the movie threads, you hardly got any flaming, from time to time the occasional flame, but nothing special. Why is this? Anybody could explain it to me? Oh, and just a funny thing I noticed along the way of this forum and to flame a bit. All the people who hate mainstream music like mainstream movies. I wonder how these people can take theirselves so serious.

I never seen them live, but the live DVD of the Absolution tour and RHCP live at Slane Castle are awesome. Also, Robbie Williams is amazing live.

Stalker - For the second time now, first time was in a crowded room and behind my PC. Now, that doesn't show much respect to this movie. I received it on DVD, went upstairs, watced it in Russian mono the way it's suposed to be. And I am blown away. Everything is PERFECT the actors are placed to the milimeter precicely, every movement they make is exceptionally well considered. Tarkovsky chooses not to use a lot of music, instead of using music he lets the sounds of "the Zone" guide you. He doesn't choose for a lot of dialogue, but he doesn't choose for too few dialogue either. There isn't a real plot, Tarkovsky didn't thought that was interesting. Interesting dialogues, poems, STUNNING visuals, don't try to 'understand' it during the movie, just let your feelings guide you. That's why this movie has got a different outcome on every different person. And that's why Tarkovsky's movies are not only for the elite, but also for your average Joe. This movie goes straight to the lonely top of World Cinema. A true masterpiece. 10/10

yeah, gambit was always my favourite charachter. brad pitt would be a good choice, so would ed norton. i dont know if ed norton could pull off the accent though. Sawyer from Lost was the one who got asked to play Gambit. He didn't want to be typecasted so he turned it down. Swayer would be a good one as well, indeed. I bet Pitt would be too expensive.

I hope Gambit will get in the next movie. Brad Pitt would make a good Gambit, I think. Gambit is the coolest of the entire bunch.

Cool, Ezy are released Alien Quadrilogy in tin now? They always have those cool different boxes, the Godfather gunbox, Toy Story 1+2 wooden box etc.

Yea, but the box contains all predator movies and all Alien movies (will have the Alien quadrilogy three times then. :? ), so it's not just AVP. :)
