We finally agree on something ;). Yea, that's been a while, hehe. :P Neko no ongaeshi - Better knows as THE CAT RETURNS. Another nice work by the Ghibli animation studio. I got the impression this was aimed a bit more at kids compared to work as SEN TO CHIHIRO NO KAMIKAKUSHI, HAURU NO UGOKU SHIRO and MONONOKE-HIME, therefore it wasn't that interesting, for me atleast. Nice to have seen one but nothing too spectacular.

VERTIGO is my Hitchcock favorite. :) Past few days. De Griezelbus - Movie based on a Dutch horrorstory aimed at kids. It's made mostly for 10 year olds as well, and of course the parents of the 10 year olds. First hour was quite entertaining, after that it got pretty boring. Ong-bak - Really cool martial arts flick. Deff good one to see if you feel like some action. My date with Drew - Fun documantary, Brian is a great guy. I'd like a date with Drew as well. Boy eats girl - Funny horror-comedy. Good work. Flightplan - Not really good. It's okay if you really haven't got anything else to do.

It's a famous word/line. It's just his last word, it's so mysterically and amazing it deff. needs to be mentioned.

Some of my favorites: CASABLANCA's "We'll always have Paris" Basically everything from Casablanca is quotable, but this one is my favorite. GONE WITH THE WIND's "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn!" APOCALYPSE NOW's "I love the smell of napalm in the morning" CITIZEN KANE'S "Rosebud" TAXI DRIVER's "You talkin' to me?" But there are many more.

There never has been much good CC, just a select group of the good artists. The rest just says "I like it", or "I don't like it".

It's a lot more diverse and takes a hell of a lot more talent than most punk/rock bands out there today I don't want to know why it's better than another genre. I just want to know why people think it's so special, what it means for them. Something better and deeper than a one line reply.

So, to make this thread somewhat interesting,(it seems like naming bands and flame others for the named bands is what it's all about at tip.it), why do you think METAL is so great, what makes it so good, why do you like it so much?

Subbed would be with subtitles. Dubbed is when they use a different language. I would ask him what he prefers.

I wasn't asking weither it's good or not. I was wondering WHAT people think is good about it. And I was looking what bands people liked.

I just ask friends to keep an eye open and e-mail some of their friends if they got any of the stuff I want. Most of the time they do, and I buy it and I pay a little bit extra for the effort because I don't like searching e-bay and doing all the auctions all the time. :P Also check some DVD-fora in the US, I bet they sell there as well; without auctions. :) Oh, that version of Kill Bill has got the black and white scene in color, so it's extra cool!

Some peolple don't like math, you tell people those people not to look in their math book or not to go to math classes? Maybe I could learn something from it? I work at a record store, so it's nice to know certain bands in certain genres, and what they sound like, so I can inform my customers when they ask about it. Maybe you could tell me what's so great about death metal, instead of just saying I should go away.

In Cannes they couldn't hold their laughing during the movie, and RT indeed says it's bad. I don't expect much from it, but of course I'll see it and judge for myself.
