Do you watch all movies in English? And I read through the first 10 or so movies, a lot of them have Dutch subtitles. Do you then watch them in Dutch subtitles with English, or can you understand it spoken as well as you can written, so its unnecessary? Does that also mean if it's in like Japanese and there's no Dutch subtitles then you watch it in English? All movies with a language spoken other than English are in their orignal language and they are always subtitled (except for the bonus short movie on my Cidade de Deus DVD). I don't want a French movie spoken English of course. :P Subtitles depend on where the DVD comes from. Most of it is Dutch subtitled, but a lot of it is English subs only. With English movies I use English subtitles or no subtitles (depends on how fast they talk, dialacts etc.) most of the time, because translation with the subtitles sucks.

Because they are populair and well marketed, and most people are too stupid to look further than the blockbusters. But arthouse is comming up again. So you might see a quality movie once in your life.

Just got back from it. It was okay, a little bit less than the other two. Will get a bit more in detail tomorrow, I hope.

I don't think there's any movie that 'changed' my life. Maybe the Shawshank Redemption, as I seriously started watching movies after that one.

It should be allowed. Not going to say why.

I don't care how healthy they are. They're tasty for salads. You can make your own salads 1000000 times as tasty as McDonalds ones.

I don't like fast food restaurants much. But I must admitt, a bic mac once in a while (read half year) tastes good and doesn't do much harm. Burger King gets my vote for tastyness BTW.

I'm going to see it tonight, if everything goes as planned.

I would wish the world to be a better place than it is now, to be cheesy for once.

I was about to get the second season at the time of my previous post, so I went...ladie dadie dey...and I arrived at work and I saw that Season three wasn't expensive either...So I bought season three as well. :D :( :o 8-) :lol: :P :oops: :mrgreen: :wall: :x Oh, and I ordered a CD: Third Eye Foundation - Oumupo 1

Pff, Team America is quite funny. Nowhere near the best movie ever of couse, but very far from worst.

Go back a few decades, you'll have a better comedy. Well, to name a recent one. Wes Anderson's last movie. The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, modern comedies don't get much better than Wes Anderson's.

I've never seen 24 before, but I am absolutely hooked. Therefore I didn't went out to the city last night, but saved money to buy 24 season 2. Amazing series.

Hehe, with Terence Mallick you can expect something slow, and if you're unprepared that's not always fun. Too bad Putter. :P
