  1. I think running around nude at the boulevard in a busy Turkish holiday spot was pretty emberassing.
  2. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah I'm still alive! According to this picture Emo's are going down today though. :o :)
  3. I wouldn't know, but I feel like watching Rocky III now. :? Bye!
  4. What's wrong with Robbie Williams live? Seems like it has got an amazing atmosphere, he's an amazing preformer, makes good pop-music and doesn't playback. I don't think anyone can deny, whether you like his music or not, that Williams is an amazing live preformer and one of the better pop-stars of the '90's.
  5. You shoulda jumped on the chance. They pretty much only tour after album releases, and you know how few and far between their albums are. Can still buy tickets for the 27th of june (tickets go on sale this saturday), but I don't know. All alone..few hours traveling and so. Maybe in six years.
  6. I'd love to see them live, alas, none of my friends like them. And I don't feel like attending a TOOL concert alone. I could've seen them yesterday at PINK POP, but I didn't have money to buy tickets, my friends would've liked PINK POP because it's a pretty diverse festival, missed my chance. :(

    New series

I recently got into 24, and it's pretty addicting. I heard Season 5 is the best so far, I can't wait till it's out.
  9. Good game, we gave an excellent match, so did Ukrain. First half was plain brillaint, second half was a bit less from our side, but still good enough to score and extra goal. Vermeer did excellent as goalie, also de Zeeuw played an excellent match, not to mention The Hunter, who scored two out of three goals.
  10. I can't stop playing the first CD at work. It's so catchy. :o I'm like totally diggin' SHE'S ONLY 18.

    family guy

Might be something to look at for next month. I should get some new series. I loved Futurama, is comparable?
  12. I haven't got a car. 8-) Not even a drivers license. And I'm almost 20 years old. 8-)
  13. Matt's older than you, so am I. Don't know about others.
  14. Wii, because it's something new, it's cheaper, and Nintendo always goes for the fun factor as well instead of just better graphics. And you can play older games on it as well, right?
  15. No twins for me yet. :( Matt and I are close though. :P
  16. Hehe, this is also live related, so I'll post it up here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T-wE...h=tool%20push it Come on, what's up with this sensor. :? click the link and add IT to it. Tool live, a fan comes on stage, Maynard starts fighting with the fan, and completes the song while sitting on the fan, hehe.
  17. Haha, great to hear you're finally proud of your top list. You never was really statisfied with them in the past and a bit frustrated with it. :P I'm really curious to how things work out! Keep me updated!
  18. Rasḫ̫mon - Kurosawa is such a freaking master. Prooves once more that he is one of the most influenticial people in the entire history of cinema. Before the revolutionary SHICHININ NO SAMURAI in '54 he made a lot of other work in the '50's, this is one of the movies, and just as revolutionary as SHICHININ NO SAMURAI, though in another way. It's about a crime, the story gets told by four different people, all with a different story about the crime, someting completely new and never done before in cinema, it later was a huge inspiration to movies suchs as RESERVOIR DOGS, THE USUAL SUSPECTS and HERO to name a few. But the movie isn't just groundbreaking, it also gives an homage to the silent era in the history of cinema. Each story of how the crime went is brought to you as if it were a scene from a silent movie, although there still is some dialogue. We don't get to hear background sounds, we just hear music as we see what happens, and sometimes dialogue. And to top things of there is the wonderfull simplicity in this, for it's time, somewhat complex way of story telling. Add to that Kurosawa's cast of Mifune and Shimara (amongst others of course), the great score and the brilliant camera work of the forrest scenes. It's such a pleasure to see how everything finds it's way trough the forrests. And you've got, yet again, a Kurosawa masterpiece. 10/10
  19. Because they chose for other players who would fit the team better. :) I saw the match as well, being Dutch I supported the Dutch of course. We played well the first half, played bad the second half. Too bad we got so much injuries (Ausie's were a bit harsh at some points :S), we couldn't really use them a week before the W.C. Too bad we were being denied a penalty in the first half. Australia did quite good. We're better against bigger teams, so I got good hope for the upcomming championship. I'm a bit scared about the match against Argentina though. Not because they're better or something, but they play a dirty game and we already got a half injured mid-field.
  20. August 29, I wonder who my twin is.
  21. What's the coldest temp you usually get there? Cause seriously, you can't wear a t-shirt out when it's less than -20 and wind is going at least 20 kmph which is the norm during winter here :( Oh, it's pretty soft. -5 celsius, sometimes -10 celsius which is what everybody thinks is cold here. When it's -10 I'll wear a jacket.
  22. Just finished my download of THE GREY ALBUM Download legal and free here! DJ Danger Mouse remixed the vocals from Jay-Z's The Black Album and the Beatles' White Album and called his creation The Grey Album. He sent about 3,000 promo copies out, and was soon served with a cease-and-desist notice from EMI, who owns the rights to the White Album master. Danger Mouse complied with EMI's order, but Stay Free! (sponsors of the Illegal Art Exhibit) and other fans and activists continued distributing the record over the Internet. EMI sent legal threats to many of us as well but later backed down. Next, SONY/ATV -- who owns the rights to the Beatles' compositions -- stepped in and sent our internet service provider a DMCA takedown notice (3/1/2004). We secured legal representation from the EFF, moved our website to the Online Policy Group (a free-speech ISP), and responded to Sony with this letter. Fortunately, Sony also dropped the case and The Grey Album remains safely online. You might know Dangermouse from Gnarls Barkley
  23. The Streets - Prangin Out Just started playing HARDEST WAY TO MAKE AN EASY LIVING. Great album. :)
  24. Of course, The Matador should be there instead of Raging Bull. I had the Crow and Barb Wire where you've got Bird on a Wire. And of course Bad Stanta instead of Santa Claus (Didn't see the Santa was a devil) Oh, and the Money PIt. ANd if one of the two hills is Dune the other one must be VOLCANO
  25. I use it, Blu-Tak is like that gummy like thing, it's freaking hard to remove from your posters. :(
