I've got those, not that I have Carpral Tunnel, but sometimes my wrist hurts as well. Not that bad, and when it does I just take a break. But yea, they are better than normal mouse pads. The best is still to tkae a break when you feel an upcomming pain. Your body doesn't give you the hint for nothing.

Heh, Ghana was amazing, they outclassed the Czechs. Too bad their not the most intelligent type of players, otherwise it would've been atleast 4-0. America played pretty good as well. Too bad they also lacked the insight to take advantage of their extra player on the field and made very stupid fauls so in the end they got back with 9 to 10. Still good job on a tie against Italy. My lady collegue played that FALLEN album a few days ago. It's nothing really bad nor really good. Easy to ignore. She liked it a lot though.
