No offense, but if RS went "virtual reality" somehow, I'd have no interest in it. What's wrong with real reality? :) It's the same reason I don't watch "reality" TV. There's nothing real about it. Sorry to stray off-topic. lpinkus Amen to that. on topic, it would be nice to have POH's i mean just think of all the things you could do with them. you could increase your farming by having a cool garden, you might be able to display cool items in a display case, another place to keep a bunch of junk, and even if they can't be visited by other players it would still be fun to have a place to call your own, i just hope we can pick where we want our house and i hope there are plots all over like in Ardougne, varrock, falador, yanille, etc.

you do realize of course that there is death rune crafting. Even if you make it so law runes are easier to craft, it isn't going to effect people who high alch, the people who teleport constantly are doing solely for xp, where as a lot of people use high alch for xp it is also used for money and a way to get rid of all the magic shorts. I don't agree with the damaging armor idea. Although all armor should wear down. I don't think it is fair for a lvl 10 or so who just spent all his money on iron, to now constantly have to repair it. PLus it isn't the lower lvls who are creating all the money it is the high lvls, so why punish the low.

:roll: everyone knows that lower prayers are useless i was talking about protect prayers. Obviously the strengthen prayers aren't that good. Talk to a bunch of high lvl meleer's and they will tell the benefits of prayer.

No it reduces how often you are hit. you can still get hit by a max hit, but you won't get hit as often.

how can you say prayer is useless. i will admit against players it isn't as good. But against some npc's it can win or lose the fight. just because prayer training is hard and boring doesn't mean it is useless

any topic that has to be bumped that many times obviously isn't catching on. You need to take a look at your ideas and put more detail into this boats have been thought of before post again when you have levels, pros, cons, uses. Good start and has some potential.

ummm. rune meds are terrible compared to other helmets. why make something pointless into an update when they could be working on something better.

for 5 bucks a month and we don't have to buy the base for 60$, like WOW. This is definetly a good game they have more updates then any other mmorpg. And although i wish certain updates were implemented i am pleased with what we have.

I have a clue coordinate inside the duel arena how am supposed to get it. it is in the most north eastern square.

i like it. It makes it feel more like a living world. Instead of having pointless names. The names correspond to what they are. like viking names for fremmys, Ancient strange names for the tzaar. I think it improves the game

it would be nice if this idea was tweaked a little and added into theiving. with agility requirements. Just a thought

I am so tired of all these people whining about rares. No one is making you poor by having one. NO one is forcing you to buy one. If you don't like it don't worry about it. I am so tired of people who either are to poor to have one or had one and sold it and wish they would of made more money saying that these shouldn't be in the game. I think that if they have rares good for them if they don't good for them. So stop whining and just play. Sorry to flame on your post but after seeing post like this once a day i just had to say something.

I think that anytime someone says this or something like it. That the person should be able to be attacked and not be able to fight back or move. That would stop the whining. lol i know this would never work and wouldn't be implemented. But wouldn't the satisfaction be more then just hitting them with the chicken.

the best thing to do is go on the forums either here, JAgex's official, or others. And find your trades there before going in the game then meet somewhere fairly secluded that way you can have the peace and quiet and are still able to make a good trade.

You might be the uber noob on the forums. Jagex have been planning this for years and have putting it off for years. PS try to stay up to date on what is happening.

that is why there is a bin option it is for people who dont want organization. The auto sort is a good idea, i know with all the fish and seeds, and stuff i usually have to manually do this and it takes time becasue i have to remember each one. But using the different tabs it would be easy because you would just see those items and not worry about all the other junk.

This is what i think how Jagex could update this. If Carpentry comes out before the end of the year (I know its a stretch but go with me). There would be tons of new items just like when farming come out so they would be forced to increase bank size already. Ideally they could update the bank in this update because it is going to be a huge update, with POH's (maybe) and carpentry it self is going to contain a lot, or it should with all the time they are taking. But if Jagex accepts this idea i hope they would put it in soon. Because this is one of the best ideas i have seen.

they won't ever put a bank into lumbridge, because then people will when there isn't one in burthorpe, entrana, etc. Then people will whine that there isn't a furnace in varrock or yanille. the game is made so you have to move around to new areas so you dont just sit in one town and never leave.

If you were using two swords i would assume that both arms would be equally toned for this work. While training you would use both arms equally as much so both would devolp the strength needed. Even if the fighter with the heavy armor has momentum his strikes are going to tire him out more quickly then someone using two swords. When fighting with two swords you wouldn't just run up to someone and start hacking away with both. You would need to take your time and use many attacks and feints to help find a weakness before you closed in. While doing this there are ways to save strength, it is like boxing you dont just bull in and try to dominant you just take shots when they are open while saving your strength for a really critical attack. While attacking your attacks would be quicker then someone in armor because you have a greater motion and would be able to react more. So even if the other fighter made an attack you would have a greater chance to dodge because although it may be a more powerful blow, it has a slower acceleration giving you time to move and block or dodge. Whereas with two swords it would be able to put together a quick attack that would have a greater chance to catch them off guard. With chain mail the wieght is spread through out your shoulder so there remains a chance to use your lower shoulder to power your attacks, but i do agree that leather would be better because the difference of materials isn't that large and if you have a solid hit, not a glancing, placed on you by the other fighter it isn't going to matter if it is chain or not. The best chance is keep your self ready and try to dodge or block without having your armor do much.
