the level 99 cap needs to be extended for combat stats, that's the only way jagex could introduce new high level equipment in my opinion.

in all honesty, how do these people make hundreds of millions of gp??? iv been playing for years, and have some decent levels, but iv never rated myself as "wealthy", but for people to play for a few months and earn that much... i just dont understand how you can do it.

i think the max combat stats need to be extended above 99 before any new "ultimate" weapons are released, the 99 cap has become too limiting on the current combat triangle. anyone who has completed "while guthix sleeps" and got to the part where all your combat stats are raised to level 255! will realise how much it could open up the game. (hitting 128s with d scimmy owns btw!)

finding a rune 2h dropped on the floor behind the big house in faldor back when it was the best weapon in the game. i just saw a red dot in that spot and went to investigate, saw the word rune and just clicked like crazy. just about beat annother guy who was coming from the opposite direction for it looked in my inventory and was like "whoooo hooooooo" i couldnt even weild it at that point and spent the next week leveling attack to 40 8-)

increase the 99 level cap on combat skills

closest weapon i got to sephroph's sword is crystal bow lol only prob is its held in the middle

back in rsc, when i was a very low lvl i was on my way to the dwarf mine when i saw a red dot behind the big house. I thought id take a look and as i got closer i could see it was light blue and there was someone else running towards it. luckily I got there first, and looked in my inventory to find it was a rune 2h!!!!!! :o i couldnt believe it because it was the best weapon in the game then and spent all my time training to get lvl 40 att so i could use it (i was only just on mithril lol)

just look at momin on the highscores... you will see what i mean then

ok this game is played by looking in the rs highscores to start off look at a guy called "momin" notice anything weird? right now look at one of his stats, any one, and you should see other people with the same thing in that stat... with any luck if you click on other people they should be very similar. the point of this game is to get as long of a chain as possible of these people who are clearly obsessive compulsives lol

i support but just an idea: how about a different colour writing for the different groups when they pm you... would be able to tell straight away where they come from

TimeStopper jagex would deserve the blame, if they didnt have the bug abuse rule,they have covereed their backs well and based on the rules they had set well in advance of this incedent are well within their rights to ban the people involved

i think your all wrong to say "i wouldnt have done the same thing" its very easy to say that now that you know the consiquences but if you were in the same situation with that ability appearing randomly how do you know for certain you wouldnt have done the same thing its not for any1 to say if they would do anything different in such an unique situation because they havnt been there, i think most ppl would have at least attacked a random person once just once for the fun of scaring them a bit :P probably went a bit far killing them tho lol. i just feel sorry for the players that have lost their stuff because of a mistake on jagex's part and will never see them again i think we should all start a fund for people who can be confirmed as being killed that day and loosing alot of money PS r.i.p the old nite

i dont think i really have an oppinion on this article ive never really used customer support so i dont know how well its run. what i will say is i dont think you should have recycled a post and used it as an article. i think it would have been better to make a proper article like you do every week and introduce a new section to the weekly article, a best weekly post section where the editor chooses his favourite post of the week and runs it alongside the main article. i think this would be a gr8 idea as it would encorage people to write the best posts that they can in order to try and get the editors choice of the weeks posts.
