you could use lunar, and buy teletabs. This way you can use the normal spelbook-teleports and still have the advantages of lunar.

You could spam-teleport falador, or just attack monsters with your highest attack spell.

Plant the best trees and fruit trees you can plant.

You could use greenman's ale, you can buy it in yanille. It raises your farming by 2, I think.. EDIT: I think some familiars raise your farming too.
